We were attending a family gathering in Derry and this apartment was perfect for it.

Dog friendly in Derry centre.

Perfect location for the city centre and dog friendly too. Once it warmed up was quite cosy.

The apartment was a bit "tired" and grubby, also smelled of cigarette smoke. We had to wash everything we needed to use in the kitchen as glasses and plates were dirty and utensils were sticky and dirty.

Location is the best part

The location was very good. Close enough to walk into the center. It is very easy to find Entry into the property was easy. We parked at the back of the property, which was handy. Nit sure if we were allowed because the owner never replied on Friday when asking about it. Communication before Friday was great. We were able to arrange a late checkout with ease. The heating and hot water worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable.

The apartment was far from clean and really let the place down. The living room smelt of smoke. The window in living had a crack in it. The balcony door closed but didn't lock. The furniture was rather old and very well used. Apart from the table and chairs. The shower over the bath leaked onto the floor. Which didn't cause a problem other than the floor getting wet. The kitchen counters had crumbs for the previous people. Meaning it probably wasn't cleaned. The worst part was the 2nd bedroom. We found hairs on the bed sheets. We had to remove the sheet and shake it outside, then replace it inside out. There was a pair of someone elses worn socks left on the shelf of the bedside cabinet. Allow this never affected our stay it was very disappointing that the place hadn't been cleaned properly. I had messaged the owner on Friday about parking at the back of the building, to which I am still waiting for a reply. I would have discussed these things with the owner had they replied because we understand some things happen for a reason.

Pleasant and spacious flat near the river .Eateries and big Tesco's 2 mins walk .

Spacious apartment ,no noise from other apartments .Heating efficient and we were warm as toast .Beds were very very comfortable ,great pillows .

The apartment needs a little TLC and needs a bit of freshening up with a lick of paint .The decor is a bit spartan and uninviting .A rug in the lounge and a bathmat would soften the edges.

Prostitution/Brothel in operation on the building. neighbour thought we were prostitutes and threaten us with a big Rotweller saying that we weren’t welcome in the building. we called the police and we going to court with them. Broken window. Dirty old Pillows

Excellent central location. Very clean, comfortable apartment. Although on-site parking was limited and 'first come first served', we were generally lucky. Otherwise there is a very reasonable car park just behind the building.

A little noisy on Saturday night, as would be the case for any city centre location.

Location- very central to town and river Apartment spacious except kitchen

Road was very noisy in the morning, bins seemed to be collected everyday. General lack of kitchen equipment e.g only 3 forks, no scissors, measuring jug etc. There is nowhere to hang towels in on suite bathroom and only one bedside unit. Generally the apartment looks very tired.

Superb location for accessing the city tourist sites. Large supermarket 2 minutes walk. Pubs and restaurants all close by and withing walking distance. Quiet location.

Could be as a result of the host making obvious attempts to guests that cleaning had taken place (in view of Covid), but I personally didn't like to strong smell of disinfectant around the property, which tended to linger.

Spacious city apartment.

Comfortable spacious apartment in secure building. Great location for city sites, museums, wall Bogside, etc. Several good restaurants nearby. Only 2 of us but plenty of room for 4 and second shower/loo ensuite. We'll equipped kitchen with washing machine. Parking space. Quiet area.

Some aspects well worn, such as leather sofas, kitchen worktops, cracked windows. All quite serviceable. A few neglected maintenance issues quickly resolved by owner.

Location.

"Yes", but the 2nd set didn't appear. Weeks, at a guess. And some of the windows, filthy. The place was dirty. The floors hadn't been ckeaned for several. 4 of us so I requested 2 sets of keys.
