The Farmhouse - Ukc1339

The cottage is in a perfect location with outstanding views and very quiet and peaceful. Although a couple of other rentals are on the same site, we were totally unaware of their presence and had good privacy. It is comfortable, clean and spacious and ideal for a family or large group. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. It felt about 30/40 minutes away from any of the locations that we visited, ie Lynton, Lynmouth, Barnstaple and Tiverton. A welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and lemon cake was well received. Particularly as our online shop with provisions for our stay didn't arrive. There was also a few tea bags, coffee and sugar to keep us going.

No complaints whatsoever.

We can’t fault the place, we loved it. There were 8 of us but the house is that big, you could lose people! Perfect stay, nobody under each others feet.

Nothing that we didn’t like. Location was remote but we knew that before booking. Middle of nowhere so very peaceful with the most amazing views.

We absolutely loved this cottage. We went with family and girlfriends and had such a wonderful time. The hosts were on hand if we needed anything and left some groceries and a delicious cake for us on arrival. The location was perfect to get anywhere in Devon. We will definitely be returning once everything is back to normal.
