En plus de la gentillesse de Federico et de sa maman, cet appartement est très bien situé, super confortable et bien équipé. Matelas et oreillers super, la climatisation qui n'est pas un luxe à 35 degrés, un appartement en rez-de-chaussée qui reste un peu frais, un jardin privatif avec un très bel érable, et beaucoup d'autres choses que nous n'avons pas utilisées.
Isolation phonique un peu faible, on entend bien les voisins qui heureusement ne se couchent pas tard.

Wygodny, dobrze urządzony i bardzo czysty apartament. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Na miejscu gotowaliśmy większość posiłków przez cały nasz 20-dniowy pobyt. Apartament ma własny ogród. Dodatkową atrakcją były śpiewy szpaka. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Federico i jego wspaniałą mamą. Byli bardzo gościnni i pomocni. Wszędzie blisko na piechotę: do supermarketu Conad, do stacji kolejowej, nad jezioro, do przystani i centrum miasta oraz do pobliskich Wysp Boromejskich. Najbardziej podobała nam się Isola Madre i Parco Pallavicino. To były jedne z naszych najlepszych wakacji. Grazie mille, Signora Gatto e Federico!

Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Garten.
Lago Maggiore, Promenade und Ortszentrum von Stresa sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
Kostenfreie Parkplätze entlang der Straße sind ausreichend verfügbar.
Die vorige Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter (auf Englisch) vereinfachte das Ein- und Auschecken.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

We had 5 nights in this apartment in Stresa. Our host was very nice and helpful and was easy to communicate. Apartment is beautiful, very clean and conveniently located - about 10 minutes' walk from the train station. It has absolutely everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. It is the nice part of the town, very green and very quiet. It was easy to park a car there as well. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you very much, Federico and thank you to your mom.
Nothing, absolutely perfect place.
