This house was ideal for us. There were 10 of us for a family birthday reunion, and we all had plenty of room. There is plenty of space in the pool area, and lots of hanging out areas, including a pool table. The neighborhood is gorgeous, nestled right up against the bottom of the mountain. We enjoyed morning walks, looking at all the beautiful homes and landscape ideas, And enjoyed cocktails by the pool in the evening. It’s a two minute drive to Palm Springs, and an easy exit out of Palm Springs to head back home. We will stay here again if we ever have the need or opportunity. The host is very accommodating and super prompt and answering questions.

comfortable house, most of the beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious. For the most part house has everything you need, but had a few issues with freezer and patio furniture, We read a review from a year ago that mentioned the freezer and pool furniture, so this has not been attended to, some of the fixtures in the Elton John room did not wokr. There is ongoing construction of houses right next door, that you could hear most of the day, when sitting outside. However, you could not hear inside house. The property manage was very responsive to issues. The lounge chairs at the pool could use some TLC, the windows can not be opened in the common areas, and the AC is uneven in parts of the house. The house was very clean and for the most part comfortable. It is a fabulous location in Palm Springs, and close to town and the airport, and good walking to look at mid century modern homes.

Everything was wonderful. The space was great and spacious. The kitchen was roomy and the beds were super comfortable. Walkable to a cute coffee shop

We had an amazing time, but it does feel like this house could use a freshening up and maintenance or price it lower and communicate that this is a house that has been used extensively for hosting large groups with little to no upkeep. See my list below. Let's start with the good. Pool, pool toys, hot tub, location (proximity to town and neighborhood), size, number of bathrooms, kitchen (size and gear), communication with property managers. The not so good. Intercom/radio, shower controls in most bathrooms, bidet in main bath, poolside chairs that were not meant for sitting/laying (slide right off regardless of back adjustment), slow wifi, rotting trim around freezer/fridge, freezer (no ice production or ability to keep things frozen), bathrooms that lock (very few actually had locks), deck on main BR (dirty, paint chipped, no furniture), TV remotes (mystery ons/off in different bedrooms), nasty grill and grill area, TV by grill screwed shut (we wanted to watch the tennis with no sound), umbrella by pool not opening

We brought my husband's entire family of 12 to Palm Springs to celebrate my mother-in-law's 60th birthday. The house was a spacious place to spread out and enjoy meals and pool time together. My only complaint was that the house definitely didn't have those added amenities I've enjoyed at other high-end rentals such as coffee, tea, specialty soaps, welcome bottle of wine, etc. Not a big deal, but it was commented on by the birthday girl so I thought I'd mention. Overall the pool was wonderfully warm (unlike some other places we've stayed) and the sauna was a definitely a hit!

Terrific property for our weekend away! Loads of space, comfortably large bedrooms, 5 of which had en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen, great for evening meals and relaxing. Location was perfect, right up against the mountains with lovely views and good access to local attractions.

It was a very nice home to stay at with my dear friends and family. The neighborhood is very nice and I recommend taking a stroll. There is old Hollywood history and the home of icon just around the corner. We would stay there again!!!
