Weddings, events, and commercial use are not permitted. For peace of mind, all Palms at Park properties feature exterior Nest cameras and outdoor noise monitors. Longer stays of 28 nights or more require a deposit and exclude utilities. A signed rental agreement, ID, and guest list are required within 24 hours of booking, a quick and easy process.

This home worked perfectly for my group of 12 female friends. We loved that every room had its own bathroom & there was plenty of seating in the home. It was cleanly & well maintained. Beautiful decor & fun outdoor pool setting. The owners were communicative & had someone come out & fix the spa that wasn’t working. We also had Roshi sushi prepare an amazing meal for us at the recommendation of the owners.

We really enjoyed our stay — the house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly sweet, communicative, and understanding, which we truly appreciated.One important note: Palm Springs has a very strict outdoor noise ordinance. We received a warning for a violation, and were told that any further issues could result in eviction, a 5,000 fine, and legal action from the host for loss of income if their rental license were affected. We take full responsibility for the mistake, but want future guests to know the rules are strictly enforced — even minor noise can have serious consequences.Overall, a great stay — just go in fully aware of the local regulations and take them seriously.

We have had a large family gathering in this place for the Columbus day weekend. The place was nice and comfy for the most part. However, we have had some bad experience before our trip. The issue was that the listing is somewhat confusing and wrong on the VRBO website. On the listing it reads that you can have "Max guests: 14 (sleeps up to 14 adults) , but that is NOT true. In fact, it is 12 adults and 2 children. When we tried to figure this out with the host a couple of days before our departure, he was very rude and angry about that, and threaten us with eviction if they are more than 12 adults at the property. We ended up renting an extra room for the extra people to navigate the rules, but the language and confrontation was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. I have to say, on the other hand, Josh was very accommodating as we got there later that expected for check in (due to LA traffic), but I wish I could have say the same thing about the host!
There were some other minor issues as well, but they are all negligible.
(Unfortunately, as I am writing this review, they have not corrected the listing yet.)
