This bold, contemporary 6 bedroom Palm Springs home is the place to unwind, explore, and feel at home, located less than a mile to the cool Uptown design district, plus the rest of the downtown scene. With sleek lines, open floor plan, and lush palms, this home has all the right desert vibes. You will love the large private pool and spa- plus fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and amazing mountain views!

Outdoors, gather by the saltwater pool with large tanning shelf, built-in umbrella, or relax on one of 8 lounge chairs surrounding the pool. The spa is just right at night, the perfect way to end the day under the stars. There is also a fire pit next to the spa, to accompany our gorgeous desert sunsets for the perfect evening ambiance. Fire up dinner on the large natural gas BBQ, complete with sink, mini-fridge, and 2 burners. The outdoor kitchen has bar stools for 6, so everyone can hang together for pre-dinner drinks, while watching the outdoor TV. Seating for 6 and dining seating for 8 under the covered patio. Let the dogs and kids run around the grassy lawn, also included on this oversize half acre lot. Outdoor shower.
Indoors, polished cement floors, high ceilings, and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area give the house a fluid feel. A custom billiards table is located right when you walk in, and sets the tone for the inevitable fun to come. The great room has a 75" Smart Flatscreen TV, modern sectional for 8, and cozy fireplace. The dining table has seating for 10, next to the wet bar, which leads outside to the patio. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and double islands, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware.
The master bedroom has a King bed, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and pool access. The master bathroom is super luxe, with large soaking tub with exterior mountain views, double vanities, and tiled shower with full body shower system. Bedroom 2 is the attached casita, with King bed, mini fridge and sink, and en suite bathroom with tiled shower. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and shares a jack 'n' jill bathroom. Suite 4 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and shares the jack 'n' jill bathroom with tiled shower. Bedroom 5 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower. The final suite has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and would share a bathroom with another guest. Another half bath is in the hall.
