You will understand immediately why Old Las Palmas (the Beverly Hills of Palm Springs!) remains today, as it was in the past, the neighborhood of celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor, Alan Ladd, Dinah Shore, Lily Tomlin, Gene Autry, and many more. Indeed, a short evening stroll will take you past the homes of all of these celebrities!
(City-Compliant · Strictly Enforced) 1 - Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be 28 years of age or older, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide valid government-issued photo ID. 2 - Occupancy & Use This home is for overnight accommodations only. No parties, events, gatherings, or commercial use of any kind are permitted. 3 - Noise & Music – City Ordinance Outdoor music, amplified sound, or audible noise is prohibited at all times (24/7) under the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance. Quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties is mandatory. 4 - Good Neighbor Policy Guests must comply with all City of Palm Springs short-term rental regulations, including noise, occupancy, and conduct standards. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and city fines. 5 - Parking – City Regulated A maximum of 5 vehicles are permitted on the property. Street parking restrictions are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs. 6 - Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. 7 - Pets Up to 2 dogs maximum are permitted with a $200 per dog non-refundable fee. Dogs must not disturb neighbors. 8 - Pool & Safety The pool is not heated unless arranged in advance for an additional fee. We had an amazing time at the property. The house layout was perfect for our guests. The pool / backyard was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was exclusive and quiet yet close to downtown area.

Close to the airport, casino, great food options, and shops, this quiet neighborhood home has super comfortable beds, is very sound proof if you keep the doors closed and has everything you need to make your trip relaxing and fun. The refrigerator is a little small if you’re going to cook the whole time you’re there and you have a full house of 12. But they quickly and happily delivered us a huge cooler and did it with a smile. There were 12 of us and we have lots of questions That were cheerfully answered and immediately taken care of. The floaters are a nice addition. We missed outdoor music, but that is a Palm Springs issue not a house issue.
