Very comfortable and large, clean, excellent facilities with each room having its own bathroom. Absolutely fabulous ! Staff was helpful and prompt.

The stairs are a little bit steep and ideally should have a rail to help , but not many to climb.

The staff was not very helpful. We made prior arrangements for a water taxi to meet us in Venice with the staff, and when we arrived and called they told us to get our own taxi. That was not very nice. We also made prior arrangements for a child cot or small bed. When we arrived there was a porta crib in the closet which is not suitable for a four year old boy. Then, for three days we asked for extra towels for our grandson and never received them, or a reply! The last email we got was, don’t forget to leave the city tax on the table. Again not very friendly and not very helpful.
