L'assistenza prima e durante il soggiorno. Gli elettrodomestici Miele. L'impianto di condizionamento. La posizione centrale, ma defilata rispetto al caos. Veronica è stata gentilissima

L'appartamento è si tre livelli quindi non adatto per chiunque. Non c'era il detersivo per la lavastoviglie. La camera al terzo piano, nonostante l'aria condizionata, è molto calda.

The whole apartment was perfect, I never expected it to be so amazing, clean, calm and beautiful. At first my expectations were at a mediocre level, I knew what I was getting but when I got there I thought I ended up in the wrong place. This apartment was the perfect place to stay, it was so good I didn't even want to go out and see Venice. The stairs were no problem as if you go to Venice you get a head start on stairs because of the bridges so those stairs were no problem and even were enjoyable going up and down them, as it added some authenticity to the place. I really felt like a local at that point as I got a whole apartment to myself and my family, the place was quiet with no tourists (apart from ourselves....) and it wasn't far from a restaurant in case you don't feel like making anything. All the stuff in the apartment exceeded what I needed. The cutlery was clean, the plates and bowls too and the whole apartment too. There were in total 3 bathrooms which made our stay easier as my children take ages to go to the bathroom in the morning for no good reason so this made us more efficient and sped up everything with no shouting. The sheets were clean and the AC was something I feel in my dreams, it was quick and was actually cold. I didn't feel like I would get murdered by the heat of Italy. The view from the balcony of the apartment was better than I ever expected, it was beautiful, you can see the whole canal and the pictures you can get will belong in an art gallery. If you're looking for a place to stay this is it, this apartment has everything you will ever need. If I ever come back, it will be to this place.

El apartamento estaba impecable, es moderno, funcional y tiene todo lo necesario; muy bien equipado. La ubicación es inmejorable, céntrico pero alejado del kaos. Para la ola de calor nos ha salvado el aire acondicionado.
