Very good

Really clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped kitchen and great private little terrace. We didn't have a car but it was a quick taxi from the station and the beaches and town were easily walkable. Hosts were helpful. Great shuttle service to airport

Having to pay to use the beaches ...the public beach was too far to walk in the heat wave. Fine for those with car/ bikes. It would have been good to have more written info in English to explain best way to walk to the beaches and how the beach clubs worked etc (we were a bit confused the first day, got a bit lost walking in the heat, also not used to the systems as beaches in uk nearly always public)

the house owner was very rude. Constantly kept telling us (2 girls) to leave the house clean and tidy in a arrogant way. Totally disinterested in greeting us or engaging in conversation, only to tell us to keep the house clean and tidy.

Location is a bit far from the train station (30 min walk), and there are not really good options to get from/to there.

Ottimi spazi ben forniti. A 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, dispone di un comodo spazio esterno in giardino e di aria condizionata, bagno e cucina molto efficienti. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile lascia le informazioni necessarie nei vari punti della casa.

ESPERIENZA DELUDENTE E COMUNICAZIONE INACCETTABILE

La mia esperienza con Casa Alfonsina è stata purtroppo negativa, ancor prima del mio arrivo. Dopo aver prenotato per una sola persona, specificando più volte che ero da solo e semplicemente di passaggio per motivi di lavoro, ho ricevuto messaggi dai toni estremamente aggressivi e minacciosi da parte dell’host. Mi è stato detto, senza alcun motivo concreto, che se avessi avuto l’intenzione di ricevere visite da qualcuno sarebbero stati avvisati immediatamente i carabinieri e che sarebbe stata fatta una segnalazione a Booking. Tutto questo nonostante io abbia ribadito con chiarezza – più di una volta – che sarei stato solo. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni per un simile atteggiamento, l’host ha ammesso di aver reagito così perché in passato ha avuto ospiti ostili e maleducati, e temeva che mi sarei comportato allo stesso modo. Ritengo questo pregiudizio del tutto inaccettabile: essere trattati in maniera sospettosa e aggressiva, senza motivo, è un’esperienza che nessun ospite dovrebbe vivere. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura Soprattutto dal modo scorrettissimo della proprietaria

Ottima posizione rispetto al centro, puntualità e disponibilità della proprietaria. Cucina attrezzata e pulita, zona silenziosa con qualche amico gatto della zona che cercava carezze.
