L'appartamento è molto carino. Ottimo il soppalco con camera da letto molto intima. Tutto l'ambiente è molto curato e bello. Cucina molto attrezzata e c'è tutto quello che serve. Bagno bello e funzionale. Finalmente il saliscendi della doccia è bello fermo e ben regolabile. Acqua calda. Entrata indipendente in pieno centro. Il parcheggio per la macchina gratuito è a poca distanza. La proprietaria molto attenta e puntuale. Fornisce un sacco di istruzioni per agevolarti la vacanza. Ottimo lo spazio esterno con tavolo sedie e ombrellone. Ambiente caldo e intimo. Ottimo per il relax. Camera da letto nel soppalco con travi a vista bianchi. Ottimo il letto. Appartamento molto silenzioso. Non si sente alcun rumore! Ho viaggiato molto e spesso sono stato ospite ma raramente ho trovato una cura nei particolari come in questo caso. Davvero davvero consigliatissimo per visitare la zona di Viareggio e dintorni.

Posizione abbastanza centrale e struttura pulita
Scala abbastanza pericolosa, poco pratica e poco sicura. Spazi molto piccoli, incluso il soppalco saranno in tutto 25-30mq. una sola asciugamano a testa per tutto il soggiorno. Prezzo troppo alto.
