Happy rentals were easy to contact and the appartment was very clean well located and close to lovely promenade and beach.Lots of nice restaurants and kind helpful Italian people ..I would return and be glad to highly recommend it.

Option of having electric kettle iwould of been useful.

Lovely modern seaside rental

The property is newly completed and very fresh. It’s ample sized and has most things you’d need. Plenty of towels, spare bedding and a welcome kit With sponge and soaps. The location is very handy, just one block off the promenade and also surrounded by cafes and restaurants. It’s very clean and in a safe area. Lovely air conditioning too.

The pillows are poor and lumpy. They really need to be changed. Otherwise the beds Would have been very good. There was no tea towel or glove for Using a hot oven, minor detail! The recycling bins could be explained better we spent a lot of time googling. There is self check-in but it involves driving to Forte di Marmi to collect a key. A representative met us at The airport instead which was appreciated.

Apartment was very modern and clean. The apartment is managed by Happy Rentals who were very very helpful.

When we booked it wasn't clear that we would need to pick the keys up 20kms away at the agent's office and the advert also suggested there was on street parking available near the apartment but didn't mention that we would have to pay. There also wasn't enough bedding for the time of year in one of the rooms and we had to improvise with what was in the apartment for the sofabed that we needed to use.

Great stay with 2 children.

Very clean & recently renovated apartment with 3 A/C units for cooling / heating. Well equipped kitchen & nice bathroom, good beds. Central location, good base to explore Toscana.

1) Was not sure about the duvets for sleep. They were sufficient number of blankets but there was no proper duvet that you would normally use when outside night temperature 8-13 degrees and you definitely would use a duvet instead of 2-3 blankets. I guess this will not be a problem in 2-3 weeks and especially in the summer when outside temp will be 20+ degrees in the night and 30+ during the day. 2) There is a good selective thrash collection process in the area - but it would be nice to put the trash collection schedule in English somewhere on the wall & describe the process. This will especially help travelers that stay 3+ days and maybe cook something in the apartment as well. I found the instructions in Italian downstairs & in the drawer but it was kind of too late, we mixed up organic thrash with plastic. We managed to collect PET & glass separately at least. I guess many environment-conscious travelers will appreciate this.

Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft war praktisch gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt und Geschäfte und Restaurants waren zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war schlicht und gut. Das Elternschlafzimmer ging auf eine etwas befahrene Strasse hinaus. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir Ohrstöpsel dabei hatten. Die Küche verfügt über Kochherd und Backofen, war jedoch zum Kochen etwas mager eingerichtet: Es hatte keinen Pfannenwender, wir haben dann einen gekauft.

Die Regulation der Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. Entweder war es zu viel warm trotz Kühl-Einstellung, oder dann wieder viel zu kalt.
