It met our need in the moment…

We were attending a concert at the Gebläsehalle On a Friday evening, so the location of the Pension was ideal. The room was very spacious, which was great.

We understood breakfast was included when we paid, and the lady on reception told us it would be in the Café Ziegler over the road, which was fine. Unfortunately the next morning, we discovered the café to be closed, as it is ALWAYS closed on a Saturday. Sadly we felt this was not well organised by the Pension. In the room, the electric mechanism to operate the Felix window blind did not work, and the shower door leaked quite badly. Also to note - no drinking water is provided in the rooms (perhaps understandable), but strangely there were no plastic beakers or anything else from which one might drink water from the taps… so guests need to bring their own water bottle if you don’t want to be thirsty!

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Location was also great, very close to the center.

Some rooms can only be accessed by stairs, so be aware if you have mobility issues. The woman at the reception did not speak english, but she did make an effort to communicate with me (even if she didn't seem very happy about it).

Für eine Nacht ganz gut

Für uns war die Lage optimal, da ich morgens um 7Uhr im Diakonie Klinikum sein musste. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und haben gut geschlafen.

Der Duschkopf der Badewanne hat gefehlt, die „Whirlpool Funktion“ der Wanne hat nicht funktioniert, die dazugehörige Fernbedienung zeigte keine Reaktion. Nirgends stand das Wifi Passwort, das musste ich nachfragen.

Bin seit 2018 anlässlich des Gloomaar Festivals gerne dort zu Gast.

Augen auf beim Check-in. Wenn die Rezeptionistin gelangweilt drei kleine Zahlenreihen auf eine Papp-Karte krakelt (Zahlencodes für Haustür, Zwischen- und Zimmertür) und dabei eine Zahl unterschlägt, kann es bei der Heimkehr mitten in der Nacht unschön werden. Zumal die Rezeption nur wenige Stunden am Tag besetzt ist. Ich bin überhaupt nur ins Haus gekommen, weil zufällig ein anderer Gast reinwollte....

Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr angenehm für diesen Preis.

Die Sauberkeit war ausreichend, könnte aber besser sein. Genauso die Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen. Zweimal habe ich die angegebene Nummer angerufen und wurde nicht einmal zurückgerufen.

Rezeption nicht besetzt, und statt Event genossen X Telefonate geführt

Zimmer waren Sauber Ruhig und die Betten bequem

Laut Aussage sollte Rezeption bis 21:00 besetzt sein dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. Konnte somit nicht vor Ort bezahlen wie über Booking angegeben, sondern war zur sofort Überweisung gezwungen. Den Code bekam ich erst nach X anfragen und anrufen. Und die Person am Telefon klang eher gestresst und genervt als hilfsbereit.
