Ideal for 1 night stopover for us. Great restaurant below the accommodation.

Public area clean tidy and modern. The room was clean tidy and modern. Looked newly renovated. Bed very comfy. The restaurant below the accommodation was lovely and good value. An ideal overnight stopover on our long journey. We would 100% stay again to break up our journey.

The view out of our window was of an old balcony that had not yet been renovated or tidied up and looked a bit of an eye sore.

Good for one night

Easily accessible from the highway. We saw no one from the hotel but keys were left out for us. Free coffee in the morning.

Rooms were very hot. Beds were hard.

The room was basic but ok and the location and parking were good. The Greek restaurant delivered a very good evening meal.

After check in was informed that, contrary to reviews and the description that they were not offering a breakfast service. Was told free coffee outside my room was available from a machine, but when I went to it the machine was empty.

Very good

Comfortable stay. I arrived outside check-in hours but the hotel made all the arrangements for my smooth check-in late in the night. It was good sized room and bathroom. Easy connections to the highway and super markets around.

Started off good and sadly decreased during the stay.

Clean and big rooms. Big bed and modern Bathroom.

2 out of 4 lights in the Bathroom did not work. The standing lamp in the corner of the room was missing all the bulbs. The Hotel is situated right next to a busy road, with cars and trucks roaring past at every hour. The Bed is very low and very soft. The Wifi worked fine the first 2 Nights and during the 3rd broke down quite often. To round everything off, there was no water in the morning when we left.

Clean room that is good for one night if you don´t require anything special.

Enough space for one night, nothing too special but totally ok for one night.

It was too hot in the room. There was no aircon, the ventilator was very noisy and not too effective. When opening the window, there was loud traffic noise starting in the morning hours.

Moderne Zimmer

Sauberes Zimmer, modern gestaltet. Großer Flachbildfernseher mit Netflixoption. Es gibt einen Kaffeeautomaten ( + heißes Wasser für Tee) im Flur kostenlos.

Die Betten waren etwas weich, aber noch ok. Für Hausstauballergiker nicht ganz optimal, da sich in den Vorsprüngen der Steinwand hinter dem Bett leicht Staub sammelt. Leider kein Frühstücksangebot.

Netter Gastgeber, mit großem modernem Zimmer.

Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer. Betten waren bequem. Badezimmer ist in einem modernen Zustand! Obwohl an der Hauptstraße, ist es total ruhig gewesen. Bei meinem Zimmer war ein Rollladen am Fenster, was ich gerne mag, da es dann richtig dunkel im Zimmer ist! Das Restaurant vor Ort ist absolut zum empfehlen!

Nicht wirklich was, aber der Sofastuhl sollte entweder gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden .

Très bon séjour ! Hôtel à recommander

Séjour parfait ! L’hôtel est calme, facile à trouver et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est adorable et toujours à l’écoute. La chambre était grande, confortable et très bien équipée. J’ai vraiment passé un excellent moment.

Praktisch, gut und lecker

Chek-In außerhalb der Rezeptionszeit verlief unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einem modernem Bad. Abends waren wir im zugehörigen Restaurant essen. Das Essen war lecker und das Team sehr freundlich. Wir sind den Bliessteig gelaufen und hatten es am nächsten Tag nicht weit zum Einstieg. Davor konnten wir uns noch im nahegelegenen Supermarkt mit Frühstück und Wegzehrung versorgen.

Wir hatten das Zimmer gegenüber der Rezeption mit Fenster zum Treppenaufgang. Dadurch war das Zimmer etwas belastet durch Geräusche (Nutzung Kaffeevollautomat, Gespräche anderer Gäste). Uns hat es aber für eine Nacht nicht gestört.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für die Wanderung auf dem Bliessteig

Meine Freundin und ich waren auf dem Bliessteig unterwegs und haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, die Zimmerkarte lag aber bereit und es gab telefonisch einen Ansprechpartner, der freundlich offene Fragen beantwortete. Im Rezeptionsbereich befand sich ein Kaffeevollautomat zur freien Nutzung; auch Tee in verschiedenen Sorten lag in Beutelform bereit (Anmerkung: Die Maschine funktionierte einwandfrei, der Kaffee war gut). Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und insgesamt modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war ebenfalls sauber und mit Dusch- und Handwaschgel ausgestattet. Zum unter dem Hotel befindlichen Restaurant können wir nichts sagen, da es wegen Ruhetag geschlossen war. Das Hotel Achilles liegt abseits vom Ort, kann aber auch zu Fuß gut erreicht werden, da neben der am Hotel vorbeiführenden Landstraße ein Fußweg verläuft. In ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit einer angegliederten Bäckerei, wo man auch frühstücken kann.

Negatives kann ich nicht berichten. Das Hotel benötigt alles, was man für eine Übernachtung benötigt. Es gab allerdings Unklarheiten bezüglich der Bezahlung. Der nur telefonisch verfügbare Ansprechpartner teilte mir mit, dass eine Rechnung am Folgetag per E-Mail komme. Das passierte aber nicht. Stattdessen gab es einen Rüffel von Booking.com, weil wir laut Meldung des Hotels angeblich dort nicht übernachtet hätten.

Top Unterkunft. Netter Gastgeber, tolles Zimmer. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Check in sehr leicht.

Sehr gepflegte Zimmer mit genug Platz. Das Kinderreisebett hat super rein gepasst. Unsere Zimmerkarte lag bereit als wir ankamen. Das Personal war sehr nett. An der Rezeption kann man sich Kaffee oder Tee kostenlos holen, es gab sogar frisches Wasser. Die Straße hat man Abends kaum gehört.

Nur eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit: Während dem Restaurantbetrieb gibt es leider wenig Parkplätze, trotzdem hat man die Möglichkeit, an der Seitenstraße zu parken.

Petit hôtel parfait pour une étape. Chambre propre avec frigo. Salle de bain moderne très bien équipée. Café et thé à disposition. Femme de ménage très agréable. Parking gratuit juste devant. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant car il était fermé.

Für den Preis tolle Leistung.

Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, sauber und hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Uns fehlten zu Anfang die Handtücher, was aber auf Nachfrage sofort sehr freundlich behoben wurde. Ansonsten war alles Bestens. Auch das Essen, das wir abends im angrenzenden Lokal zu uns genommen haben, war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Matratze war sehr leicht. Frühstück bekommt leider nicht direkt vor Ort. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits direkt an einer stark befahrerenen Straße gelegen. Unser Zimmer ging zur Seit raus und so haben wir von der Straße nicht viel mitbekommen.
