Zimbali Suites 223

The facilities, cleanliness, pools, shuttle hence we extended our stay. We would love to experience a Villa on our second visit.

Struggled with turning on the oven. An instruction notice would be great.

Second time using suite 223. The host is a very excellent communicator, and a very understanding person. I usually cancel my leisure trips to Zimbali if this specific suite is fully booked and i'm likely to visit Zimbali only when it is available. They also ensure that the room is clean at all times.

The Hotel were helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport and he was on time and that had nothing to do with the Suites side The Generator and Air Con are fantastic The cleaning service was great which covered the rest of the apartment

1. The Dishwasher was not working - someone came and tried, and nothing was done from Monday onwards 2. The oven was not working 3. No braai facilities and when asked i got a reply it was there ... and we prepared food for braai and t=had to improvise outside the place of stay 4. Lack of Toiletries such as toilet paper, shower in only one bathroom, lack of additional towels, and there is no face-to-face with the reception and our issues, everything is through the agency 5. The entry to the estate, there is no system in place and the security company have no procedure what to do and every entry to the estate took us at least 5-10 min and eventually they cannot find our booking or if the recognize us and it is a mess - please sort this out - Its more Zimbali Estate procedures 6. The cutlery and dishes for a self-catering place is pathetic, 7. We could hardly sit outside on the Patio, 2 dirty seats and a tiny table ...one would like a nice chill area 8. The TV room couch, and pillows (they have a stench in them) please rectify You rating it 6 - I would say more like 4.5
