Please put boards for access into different gates, it was not nice to be turned away from one gate, the instruction should be clear that people at the suites use Southgate Suite 523, the bed was not comfortable Well done on all staff , excellent customer service from Reception, cleaners and security guys.....
The bed and on the 523 suite, Please also provide dishwashing soap, and 2ply toilet paper

The location, bathrooms beautiful and clean
Aircon not working, small fan only in one room, no coat hangers, no dish swab,, no braai facilities, stove plates and oven can not be used same time.
