The pool, large rooms, comfortable , shuttle to and from town was very convenient.

There was some construction going on which I wish we were told about. But it was not at night. No sharp knife and bowls in kitchen.

Lovely spacious villa with own pool.

Pool was lovely, staff were great, very clean and spacious. Air conditioning very good. WiFi was very good.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable especially after a week, some basic cooking utensils not provided like sharp knife, a few extra tea towels, salt and pepper.

The villa was amazing and very clean. Staff was very friendly and very supportive. The pool was super clean.

The staff were amazing Couldn’t fault them The villa was very tired and in need of modernisation The TV was very old the remote held together with tape The microwave was rusty The kitchen cupboards had seen better days Above all the main complaint was the construction site within 100 metres Banging drilling etc from 8 am until 4 everyday including weekends

Nice private Villa with your own pool.

Pool area was dirty with algae build up on ground after complaining and showing pictures they cleaned the area up! The main bathroom hot tap failed early one morning so had to have a handy man come in at an inconvient time to sort! Cleaniness of bathroom fixtures was poor also sent them pictures and then they resolved.

Alisea Pool Villa was the most incredible place I’ve ever stayed, and it gave me the most wonderful first impression of Thailand! The staff were absolutely amazing, Kookkai and everyone else went above and beyond to help us, arranging transportation, preparing a beautiful birthday surprise, and making our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The villa itself was stunning, fully equipped with everything we needed. The private pool even had a jacuzzi, which was brilliant, and breakfast was served right in the villa, such a treat! It was the kind of place that makes you want to stay forever, and we were genuinely sad to leave. The location was also perfect, close to town, the elephant sanctuary, and so many attractions. I highly, highly recommend this accommodation, it’s beautiful, comfortable, and filled with the kindest people. A massive thank-you to all the staff for being so wonderful. Never change! Lovely pool villas away from the crowd but still close

This hotel is a real gem. We’ve vacationed many times across Thailand and Alisea is our favourite thus far. The pool and the two bathrooms were a huge plus for our family of four. The villas as extremely spacious and airy and the service is great as well. Very friendly and chill vibes., with staff always eager to help. We never ate here but Ao Nang with its surfeit of restaurants is a cheap Grab ride away (around 80 baht) and a lovely waterfront restaurant called Top is a short walk away. They also run a free shuttle to Ao Nang thrice a day although we mostly took cabs at our own convenience. Krabi town, Nong Thale, Klong Muang and other attractions are all easily accessible. The toiletries on offer could be better but overall it’s great value for money.

A little disappointing

The property is located close to a busy road so quite noisy. The air conditioning units were very noisy too so sleeping was an issue. The property is quite remote so you need to make sure you shop for anything you need food wise before you get there. We ordered 2 portions of fries one lunch time and they only had 1 so shared. It was all a bit dated inside the property too.

A tranquil hideaway

Alisea was such a fantastic spot to atay! The staff were all so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spacious and spotlessly clean. The place was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding. There were only 11 villas in total, with mainly families so it was very quiet. While we were away from the hustle and bustle of the Ao Nang centre, it was easy to get into town using the Alisea shuttle (running into Ao Nang for free 3 times a day) and hailing a tuktuk or using the grab app to get back (100-200 baht). The private pool and garden made a great spot to cool down and relax after a long day of adventuring around Ao Nang and the islands. The building was beginning to show its age, but met our needs completely. Overall, a fantastic experience. Will definitely come back again!

Alisea private villas

We had an amazing time at Alisea, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was just what we needed for a family holiday. It is close to different areas, not just Ao Nang. The private pool is so nice to have. It also has a spa that after a long tour is amazing to get back and lay down without much noise. I would definitely come back.

Breakfast is nice, but after a couple of days, it gets a bit boring. I would suggest adding maybe a pancake option.

Lovely accommodating staff. Rooms were very clean! Place well maintained and close to AoNang beach. Great service. Lovely spot. Only complaint, our children had terrible coughing fits after swimming in the pool. Chemicals were extremely strong so we kept out of the pool for rest of our stay.

Our stay was fantastic.. special thanks to Mareena & Ratcha for making my birthday memorable :) The villa is around 4-5 kms away from Aonang Beach, however, shuttle service is available from villa to the beach few times throughout the day depending on availability of the driver.. other options are cab & tuk tuk.. you could request the hotel reception to book a cab on your behalf :) or get free ride with them :)

The location is a little secluded which might be a problem if you don't have your car or bike. The hotel offers a transportstion to the city center though.

The spacious, clean villa with a lot of privacy, the large swimming pool with jacuzzi and especially the amazing staff and great service make us look back on a fantastic week in Ao Nang.

Ao Nang was not what we expected at all. The beachfront strip is packed with tacky tourist bars, restaurants and shops and a lot of pollution. Gladly the fantastic our stay at the resort made up for this.

The place is lovely, large pool, room made up every day. Fresh coconuts picked from the trees each day free of charge. Staff couldn't do enough to help. So friendly made our stay a real pleasure. Cant wait to go back. Thanks

A nice place to stay

This villa is amazing for the price we paid as five adults. All areas were clean and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was also quite good and they will make omelettes for you. The staff were friendly and helpful and if I wanted to stay somewhere quiet without the hustle and bustle of the main area of Aonang I would stay here again. It's only 3 hours via mini bus from the villas to Phuket which was very handy.

It's far out so you have to use the villas bus facilities to go to the beach, you cannot just get up and go walkabout. The pots available for cooking were quite basic, more frying pans than pots, although we didnt ask if they had anything else available. The wine glasses are also super thin and one broke in my aunts hand whilst she was washing it and it cut her. We had to pay 200thb to replace it.
