The property is beautiful, nice pool and a great location if you don’t want the hussle and bustle of Ao Nang.
Food was good, staff were excellent.
Only a couple of minor points, these didn’t effect our stay but would have made it even better.
The pool could do with a few more umbrellas.
The free shuttle bus could run a little more often and definitely later into the evening.

The beds were incredibly comfy had the best sleeps whilst there, the food was awesome and the staff super friendly. Because it’s a smaller accomodation we always managed to get a spot at the pool which was great. The pool is lovely and deep
The monkeys can be a little intimidating as there is quite a lot but if you don’t pay them any mind shouldn’t have any issues

Loved the property, the views were amazing the staff were lovely and had great room service!
Not much around the actual hotel but they provide a shuttle bus to the town near by!

The food, the location.
The monkeys. Great location, great terrace and balcony, but you can't use it because of the hoards of monkeys. Especially in the mornings. Quite an unpleasant experience to wake up because of the monkeys running loudly on your roof. First time you can believe that is an earthquake or something terrible.

We liked the rooms and the stuff
The gym was very old and the machines didn’t work

The best resort ever, absolute paradise! Rooms fabulous, pool great, lagoon and bungalows look stunning, 8 mins drive from night market, right next door to elephant sanctuary to see them bathe and monkeys absolutely everywhere- outside your room, waking you up on your roof and balcony in the morning, such an amazing experience!
The only thing that let it down just a little was the cooked food at breakfast was cold, not sure if the heaters just didn’t work properly or the food was left too long before adding the heaters, but even at 7am when the restaurant opened, the pasta and Thai food and bacon was all cold. However the rest of it was delicious, freshest bakery ever, fruit, made to order eggs and omelettes etc.

The resort is located away from busy streets, making it a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. The room and balcony were beautiful, with a lovely view of the lake. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property accepts credit cards, and the staff were helpful in organizing additional activities and excursions. Seeing monkeys walking freely around the resort in the morning was a very charming and memorable experience. Power outlets are American-style 220V sockets adapted for European plugs. An invoice was provided upon request, and the no-tipping policy was clearly enforced, which we appreciated.
There was some noise in the mornings from room service staff talking loudly in front of the room door. Drinking water was limited and not sufficient. The shower is not well designed, and water splashes across the entire bathroom. There is no convenient place to dry clothes as guests are advised not to dry them outside because monkeys may steal them. Ao Nang itself felt a bit boring compared to other destinations.

Breakfast was amazing
Some parts need refreshing, but overall perfectly comfortable.

It was varied and they tried their best
The sheets could be upgraded. But overall, the resort is super. Excellent staff. Deen at the front and also the reception young girl. Lovely staff

Service and staff were really good.
The resort needs upgrade. It had areas around that really looked old, had broken swings etc.

Beautiful back drop, great pool, elephants across the river. The lake full of fish to feed was fun too. Staff absolutely lovely.
The monkeys were too much! Got in a room and caused carnage and were quite aggressive at times. It is their habitat but it meant you couldn’t relax in the balcony.

The view across the whole resort is stunning and nicely tucked out of the way of the town so its so quiet and peaceful. Its really helpful that they offer a free shuttle to and from Ao Nang every other hour too and you can also arrange tours from them as well. The staff are amazing and I couldn't recommend this place highly enough!
There was nothing that we could say would be an improvement. A perfect stay for us

The property is located in between a river and a mountain. The villas are around the banks of a lake. Making it a very calming place to stay and relax.
Overall the experience was great. Should have had one more toilet for the villa. Also the outdoor landscaping can be improved to make it more natural. Its just a personal opinion.

It’s a great location and the staff very helpful. Rooms were very clean and we liked the resort shuttle into AO Nang.
The areas around the accommodation was untidy and had construction unfinished.
The breakfast had hair in our food twice.
The shuttle maybe should be every hour at peak times so 10am and 6pm.

The room was super spacious and clean and the common areas were nice.
beware of the monkeys, you need to keep the door of the balcony closed and locked because they are everywhere and can come inside your room and steal food or belongings.
The location was outside of the restaurants area, you need to take a Grab to move to and from the hotel, it’s quite far to go by walk to the city center

We stayed for a week. I liked having monkeys around, I liked the pond, and I liked being in the woods in Ao Nang, away from the crowds of Krabi, which was still easy to access. I really liked exploring the beaches and small towns to the north of Krabi. Staff allowed us to park our (necessary) rental motorbike by the room. When my partner dropped her iPhone, as she moved from a kayak to the pier, it landed under 3-4 meters of water. Staff rushed to assist, brought in a diver, who free dived repeatedly for an hour and a half, and retrieved the iPhone, which was still operating. Wow!
Early morning walks included dealing with confrontatational gangs of monkeys, who cede the territory once breakfast is served, starting at 7:30 AM. Fortunately four monkeys with angry eyes following me, were more scared of me when I turned around and yelled "boo!" than I was of them. Sometimes the monkeys on the deck, jumping from rooftop to rooftop, trying to enter our villa, etc., were a bit much. Breakfast was pretty good - not so much the omelettes - but didn't start until 7:30, and I could not even get a coffee before that.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the rooms are nicely decorated with a good sized bathroom. The rooms are also kept very clean and tidy.
Resort staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel shuttle to Ao Nang is very useful to get to the beach or the night market in the evening.
The hotel mentions on Booking.com that they have a spa and massage, which they unfortunately do not. However you can use the hotel shuttle to Ao Nang and there are plenty of options there.
The gym equipment could do with some improvement, but was relatively functional.

The hut was amazing.
Lots of monkeys rooming around. The location was not a good choice.

Beautiful property situated right beside the Krabi elephant shelter - which is an absolute must do. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, in particular, Smile, who works in the restaurant and bar. She lives up to her name. The receptionist, Earng, is sweet and kind and tries to do her best with any needs or requests. The cleaning of the rooms is exceptional, with fresh towels given everyday, more than needed. They have a shuttle that runs every 2 hours to Aonang Landmark which is amazing. Just be aware it ends around 7ish in the evening.
The monkeys are total bullies and you cannot sit out front on the beautiful patio, which overlooks a lake. The restaurant needs some attention- it is boring and the inside section is strange. The back of the property is dilapidated and needs to be fixed- particularly for people booking those rooms as they overlook that section. The pool had lights hanging down and we complained about it- this was kind of fixed but the pool needs attention to a few missing tiles and broken stones.

The amazing view. Breakfast was decent. Special shoutout to staff member named Deen who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
We stayed here for four nights. On the second night, a fire broke outside the villa beside ours. It happened around 2am. Fortunately, the guests who stayed at the villa were awake and shouted for help. There was no one at the reception to help us and only one member of staff came out.
To our horror, that particular staff tried to stop the fire using a bucket of water. We had to force him to call the local fire department which took him a good five minutes because he did not know the number. We were lucky the fire did not spread further and no casualties were reported. We also discovered that the there were no appropriate equipments such as smoke detector and fire extinguishers at the resort. Management did not even bother to give us any explanation as to what actually happened that night.
This incident demonstrates a failure by the relevant team ie management to implement adequate safety measures for their guests.

A lovely property with amazing views! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was great. We also had lunch at the restaurant which was also lovely and great value. Pool and gym facilities were very good too. Our room was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. Approx. 10 mins from the pier and another 10 from Ao Nang night markets and livelier spots, the hotel ran a free shuttle in every couple of hours throughout the day which was super too.
The resort itself needs a little TLC, while it is beautiful it does need some maintenance.

Amazing from start to finish! The team took care of our belongings so we could sunbathe and use the pool before check in. Our room was just stunning. We paid extra for private pool and it was so worth it. We got room service one day for lunch so we could enjoy our pool and it was delicious. So many smiles from the staff it is impossible not to have a wonderful time here. It is true about the monkeys we had them visit our room every day so do keep your belongings inside and lock the door. They didn’t affect our time at all though. If you’re lucky you might also see the elephants from next door by reception. Breakfast was also lovely. I would highly recommend staying here. Free shuttle bus and taxis to the beach/pier/markets are very cheap and fast to arrive so you can enjoy the secluded relaxing hotel and still visit the sights.
For our 4 nights we didn’t actually get any cleaners during the stay but this may have been our fault as we didn’t put a sign to make up our room on the door.

Private swimming pool and cabin.
Friendly and attentive staff, assisted with things outside of scope.
Great views and immersed in nature.
No/poor air conditioning in most public places.
Not a great selection on offer at breakfast.
Swimming pool could have been cleaned more frequently.
Low lighting in public areas makes the walk back to the accommodation daunting.

This was such a good value for money stay. We had two rooms for two nights as we traveled with friends. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We had a rental car so there was no problem to get to the beach and there is a free shuttle offered by the hotel. Loved the deep pool and views from the breakfast and pool area. The hotel is aging and there are a few things on the property that could do with a makeover or facelift but over all it was a very nice stay !
If I had to complain it would be the juice they serve at breakfast and maybe replace the old towels in the bathrooms.

Was so beautiful totally surreal! Wish we stayed more nights
Nothing was close by that was the beauty of it but you can be prepared by buying anything you needed in town and free shuttles!!!

Very peaceful vibes. The best component was the bath tub with skylight view! Absolute highlight of the room!
They couldn't accommodate even 15 minutes late check out.
The bathroom had no shelf to keep the shower gel and shampoo, we had to keep shifting the bottles here and there to adjust as per our needs

Lagoon with a oval type villa layout with a green hill at the background.....Wow., no words to describe.
Miss to mention, friendly and always smiling staffs.
Packed breakfast while checkout was much appreciated.
Breakfast spread was not good. Limited food.

Lovely tranquil place away from hectic town of Ao Nang. There is a shuttle service which runs from hotel to Ao nang or it is easy and cheap to get a grab. Food was lovely, pool was great. Staff were amazing, a real crowning glory to the resort. All of the staff were lovely and helpful especially Poppy who went above and beyond to help us out with a payment that had not gone through at a previous hotel.
Nothing, it was fantastic

I really loved this hotel located a bit far from the beach so you can fully enjoy an experience in the nature. The fact that it got its own little lake make you live a whole experience as if you are in the jungle and with the mountain view it was just as immersive as I wished it to be.
I also wanted to dedicated a little message to one of the staff member Deen, who is an amazing and helpful person.

Honestly breathtaking scenes of the mangroves and the nature. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help and even helped us book our onwards travel. The free shuttle bus to Ao Nang was really considerate and we use it everyday! The breakfast was really fresh too. Absolute paradise, will definitely be coming again!!
