From the moment we reached out—before we ever set foot on Thai soil—Alisea Pool Villas rolled out a level of hospitality that would make even the most seasoned traveler weep with joy. Traveling from the US with *three* toddlers (yes, three!) is not for the faint of heart, but the Alisea team—led by the phenomenal Ratcha—turned what could’ve been chaos into absolute paradise. We arrived frazzled, sleep-deprived, and loaded with snacks... and left rejuvenated, relaxed, and full of tropical fruit. Ratcha was a guardian angel from start to finish—checking in, dropping by with fresh mangoes and bananas, even surprising our little ones with pool toys that quickly became their new best friends. (Move over, stuffed animals.) Need excursions? Book through Ratcha. We visited during the off-season, and she still found us the *best* rates on boat tours, elephant sanctuaries, massages, temples, tuk tuk rides, and even a *private lake stroll* on-site. Two weeks in one place with toddlers? YES. 100% yes. The kids were *never* bored—and neither were we. Let’s talk villa: hot showers ✔️, fully stocked kitchen ✔️, comfy beds ✔️, toddler-lock drama at 3:12am? ✔️ SOLVED IN UNDER A MINUTE. (No really, our baby locked himself in, and the front desk swooped in like a superhero.) Shuttle service daily meant we were never far from adventure—or a coconut smoothie. The pool? Like diving into a warm hug at night and a refreshing splash in the afternoon. The fruit? Endless. Juicy. Colorful. Toddler-approved. The memories? Truly priceless. If you’re still reading this, you should’ve booked five minutes ago. Honestly. Alisea Pool Villas is more than a stay—it's a *feeling*. And any property Ratcha touches is one we’ll return to without hesitation. Book directly if you can (they’re on WhatsApp and even "Facespace" 😄)—you might just get a little something extra. After two months abroad, our two weeks at Alisea were the perfect exhale before heading home. We’re endlessly grateful—and you will be too. Just book it. You’ll thank us later.

    The staff was not friendly at all, they charge a good amount for breakfast and also please don't consider there breakfast as a buffet . All Items mentionend on menu were not available.

    - Location was a little secluded but it was quiet and about a 10 minute car ride to Ao Nang Night Market and beach area. Grab ride was affordable at about 90 thb per trip. Also close to the Ao Nang pier. - There's also a free shuttle that operates about 3-4 times a day (one-way) to the beach, but since Grab is not expensive we found it easier for us to make our way out on our own instead. - We chose this place as the villa unit came with a swimming pool (with jacuzzi), which is a really nice-to-have when we want to just chill and stay away from the heat and crowd outside. - On the 2nd or 3rd day, the staff found out that the pool had turned moldy (green) and tried to clean it but could not have it done within a short time so instead they asked us to move to a neighboring unit. Thanks to the thoughtfulness of the staff. - The reception offers service to send our laundry for washing and price was reasonable. - The biggest downside to me was that we could not flush toilet paper down the toilet bowl and had to dispose of it into the trash bin......which was not very hygenic. - We opted in for breakfast throughout, but I must say the choices were not fantastic. The doughnut provided on one of the days was not fresh? and was as hard as a rock I had to just throw it away. Milk for the corn flakes was not refrigerated and tasted a little bitter. - Staff members there were very friendly and polite.
