Great communucation in advance. Once I found the addsress and travelled up in the most relaxed lift in the world, i had a great welcome and was shown to a super clean big room with a fab bathroom and a view to die for. Location was great, close to the shopping, eating, coast, park etc. I am not sure why i said ni breakdast because it looked amazing.
The background hum of the air con unit was the only reason why i didnt score a perfect 10.

Station to Casa Maria is very nice 10 minutes walk. Room was very sweet. Host was very warm welcoming. Bathroom was big enough. Most of the places are nearby. Peaceful place. I feel like home there.
Shopping, Food, Super market all are very nearby.
Just a suggestion, people like me who are not so good with navigation, has lost in the street at night even with google map 😉. One board or markup on the main entry(iron gate) can help.

Top floor room inside with white sloping roof, huge balcony own desk and chairs, more other neighborhood colorful roof to have views sunrise sunset
