Lots of green:) water was cold and refreshing. Staff were observed taking lots of pride in ensuring property was clean. Even saw a male staff member sweeping up leaves fallen from trees - while it was raining. Nearby restaurants etc. Staff are friendly:)

Breakfast could be a bit better. It was included in costs but it was ok. Loud noises at night from some kind of animals and the loud music from venues along the street nearby.

The rooms needs some renovation and cleaning. The bathroom was without a window. Definitely will not recommend 😔 Owner can put a little bit more effort to redecorate some of the rooms , people will be happy to pay more if will be nicer!

The grounds are beautiful and the family villa was lovely. The pool was nice and accessible for all rooms.Staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Having all the bird song was so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay despite the negatives noted in our review. I love this location but a few improvements would go a long way.

Airconditioning is not sufficient for the size of the family villa. It was so hot we were sweating all night and had to ask for a portable air con which staff were only too happy to provide. Was really disappointed that there is no separate shower in the villa. We had to sit in the tub and use the hand held shower head which was very uncomfortable and not easy to was yourself. Showers MUST be installed. I had great difficulty getting up and down/in and out of the tub and Im not that old!! Ladder to upstairs beds was very very steep! not good in the middle of the night if you want to go to the loo. Was a little too far to walk with the grandkids into central ubud but Grab vehicles were easy to use.

A decent place to stay in central Ubud.

Check-in was quick and easy, with helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage. The family room (named Nice) was spacious, with an upper floor for two single beds and a ground floor with a large double bed, bathroom, and utility room. While there was no balcony, the room faced a cute swimming pool that got plenty of midday sun. The staff, though young and with varying levels of English, were accommodating with our dietary needs when given advance notice the night before. The property felt clean and well-maintained. We also had access to a larger swimming pool at the neighboring hotel. The local supermarket and an ATM were conveniently nearby.

The location is at a hectic traffic junction, so if you want to visit popular sites, it’s best to plan on leaving early or late to avoid congestion.

Beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Organised cars to Kecak dance and day tour with excellent driver and car. A real oasis in Ubud

Beautiful gardens, clean rooms and lovely staff. We did have to move rooms as the room we were originally in the aircon was broken and it smelt really musty. We got moved and the staff worked on fixing the aircon straight away.

We loved everything! All the rooms have an amazing view to the beautiful garden and the blue colour pool. It's such a peaceful place, the staff were helpful and friendly and they even helped us renting a scooter. The breakfast was included and it was delicious 🤤 We were very sad to leave the property!🥹🙏🏼

Moved 3x times due to poor beds and the air con (or lack of), breakfast was never on time, one time had to go down and ask about it and the staff were confused if we’d even put our order in, ended up having to take our own dishes back to reception each time as must not be included in clean, bathroom smelt of damp, room service only on request and 2x times was forgotten and had to be asked again leaving us sat at reception waiting for near an hour to complete after long days out

Very bad experience.

From outside, the villas seem very nice, but from inside they need renovation, specially the one they tried to put us in the first day of 5, that we stayed. We asked to be mooved, because the villa was very durty and old, and the recepcionist didn’t want to change first, she said all the rooms were ocuppied, but ir was not truth, many rooms were empty. We left two trousers in the first day in that villa and they never ( in those 5 days) told they found the trousers. We just realized that we left the trousers there only when we arrived in other hotel and couldn’t find the trousers. Send 2 messages to Green Villa and they respond twice that they didn’t have nothing and if they did they would have given to us. I asked them to look in the first room where we have been, and the cinical response was that if they had nothing. They were not nice, neither friendly with us all the time. When I said I was going to complaint Booking, they finally said they had the trousers!!!! We sent a taxi to get the trousers and we had to pay for that. They never apologise! Bad breakfast, no choice, you take a juice or you take coffee or tea.

The place is average and the room is just fine.

The reception was unattanded when I arrived and took a while to get attended. The breakfast was not nice. And if you are a solo traveller please avoid, this place is full of families and kids take over every place of it!

Good for a short stay close to the centre

The property grounds were very pretty and natural considering the accommodation is on a very busy main road of Ubud. Very spacious room and balcony. The most comfortable large bed. The staff were very friendly and all lovely.

The spa was being refurbished and was unaware until I asked to book a treatment. The therapist did attend and provide the massage from my room, on my bed (not as relaxing) Often unable to provide change, resulting in over paying. Only breakfast available and small amount of options. Shower pressure low and about every 20 seconds or so the water would stop and then restart.

friendly and very helpful staff, clean rooms, breakfast accompanied by a very cute rabbit in the garden, they have lots of birds according to their name. basically all very good. later when I go on vacation to Ubud I will come back to stay here!
