Did not like the entrance to the property shared w something else It was very dirty , cigarette bits everywhere and a bad smell of piss w people sleeping behind entrance A huge movement of men I even asked if there was a brothel in the back / not very savoury for a woman travelling alone Also did not like that I was not informed that there were huge works for the metro in front of property n São Bento station - noisy n very dusty - lucky that I had early mornings in tours n didn’t want to sleep in A shame as studio is very well appointed. , very clean and w all faculties Mariana who came to meet me n give me the keys was very welcoming n professional and gave herself the trouble to contact me w appropriate times n even w a photo of the building for me to easily locate - very courteous n friendly However I would not like to ever deal with the agency that represents property Hard to contact Repetitive emails Not returning answers to queries promptly Taking payment in parcels - did not like that at all - it is confusing n up to now I did not receive a full invoice w wt was paid I wanted to extend my stay at studio for two extra nights , n with their lack of prompt reply , I had to move to another property , which u must appreciate is awkward in the middle of tours n sightseeing - for that reason alone I would not book the studio w BemyGuest again

Nice modern quiet space

Posizione super centrale e strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi da quasi tutto. Il check-in è stato agevole, non ho incontrato nessuno della struttura ma mi è stato spiegato bene come accedere e con tempismo. Il prezzo è ottimo.

La pulizia non era terribile, ma sicuramente rivedibile. La poltrona gialla potrebbe tranquillamente essere buttata che ci si farebbe miglior figura, anche gli asciugamani non proprio privi di macchie ma comunque profumati.
