Almost impossible to sleep anywhere closer to the Lake!

Well located directly at the banks of Lago Maggiore and in the center of Feriolo. Nice bar in front of the appartment, however not very noisy at evening time! The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom nicely refurbished. Gas boiler and television meet to full expectation!

There is one double sofa bed in the main room and a bunk bed in a separate room. This should be considered when renting this accomodation, suitable for families only!

Hot, noisy and smelly

Clean, basic and good location,

In the description they do not mention the apartment is right above a bar and the kitchen of this bar is underneath the apartment, so the smell of fried fish is very penetrating and at night the bar can be very noisy until midnight. During the week we were there temperatures went up to 38 Celsius and the heat was unbearable (add to that the smell of fried fish), and the A/C did not work. I contacted the owner since day 1 about it and 3 days after she could not get if fixed; she offered ventilators but it did not solve the problem. We tried to sleep with the windows open but impossible due to the noise from the bar downstairs. In the end we had to check out 2 days in advance because we could not sleep due to the heat and noise. Only good thing is that the owner did compensate for the early leave.

Nice apartment. Cozy & well-utilized. Everything is available, except for one (very important) thing ...

There was no decent bed. A sleeping couch in the living room and a bunk-bed were available, but i would hardly call that adequate.

The Main street is close to the appartment, so you can probably hear the Street , but Its not a big thing
