Coffee in the coffee shop was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The older lady at reception was very helpful and her English was quite good which we appreciated since we have no Italian.
Lack of storage in bathroom. So many keys for access seemed dangerous if there was a fire. Lighting in dining room was too bright for dinner. Breakfast lacked variety.

What a beautiful location in Monterroso! The pictures you get to see on internet don’t make justice to what really is! We loved it! Our room had the best view, the tranquility.. all the green surrounding it and the very kind staff made our time there amazing! I almost forgot it had breakfast included and it had a very organized and lovely buffet menu! We will definitely be coming back!!

Gorgeous views down to the sea from a former historic abbey on the top of the mountain and at the top of the trails right in the Cinqueterre National Park. Wonderful staff, excellent meals, shuttle service up and down the mountain, parking securely available. Great value.
