Great place just outside Cochem

No coffee making facilities in the room and no fridge for cold items. The curtains don't cover the windows properly so at 0500 the room is bright and makes sleep difficult.

Comfortable, but inconvenient until I was able to find a bike.

Frau Stein was a wonderful hostess. She welcomed me both at the room, and each morning at breakfast. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

I felt misled by Booking.com. The location on the map for Ferienweingut Stein is in Cochem, however the location of this room was in Valwig, and goes by the name Ferienwohnung Stein. The issue was that this location was another 50 minutes for me, as I was hiking with a backpack. This also meant that it was very isolated, as I then needed to plan for almost 2 hours return trip to Cochem, which is why I wanted to stay directly in Cochem. Be careful when choosing this location, as Booking.com is not accurate. If you have a car or a bike, then it is not a bad location. Also, be aware that, if you stay at Ferienwohnung Stein, you are directly next to a church, which has a bell that begins ringing at 7:30 during the week, and 7:00 on weekends, so sleeping later than this is not easy.

Prima en rustig verblijf aan de Moezel

Rustig plaatsje aan de Moezel, de locatie is naast de kerk die tot 22 uur en vanaf 7.00 uur de klokken elk halfuur luidt. Ruime kamer met zitje en balkon. Parkeergelegenheid aan de overkant van de straat. Ontbijt in hotel op 200 meter afstand, waar je ook prima terecht kan voor diner, lunch etcetera.

Wifi-code is niet voorhanden en heb ik dus ook niet kunnen gebruiken. Zou handig zijn als die op de kamer ligt.
