the staff and the property itself were incredible. aside from the beautiful garden and the cozy rooms, the property staff were all so friendly and so helpful. they even gave recommendations for things to do and see nearby in Assisi. beautiful property, amazing staff, clean and tidy facilities. would love to stay again!

The host waited until 10:30PM for our arrival to give us our keys because we had ca r troubles on the way. He was very gracious and we really appreciated that.!! He also gave a little more time to check out the next day since we arrived late that night. The continental breakfast was great with wide selection of pastries and beverages and fresh fruit from the host's own garden!!! The rooms were freshly renovated and decorated.

Incredible location. The view from our bedroom over farm fields with the mountains in the distance was memorable. It's about a fifteen minute drive from the centre of Assisi. There are excellent local restaurants a couple of K from the accommodation. The family who run the farm and the B & B are extremely friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, it would have been a great pleasure to have stayed longer.

The pool and grounds were very good. However the pool closed at 7 and opened at 9 making a pre-breakfast swim difficult.
The room which we were given was not the one we had booked - the room was not the one shown in the booking.com room description. Pictures had been used from a different, more expensive room. The room we were allocated was small, dark and claustrophobic. We would not have booked this property if the correct pictures and room description had been given.
