This property was so beautiful! Everything was extremely clean, the decor was darling, and the host was so friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner and parking in the town. The breakfast was delicious and our kids loved it!
This would be amazing to stay at in the summer with the pretty garden and the pool with the beautiful view of town. Highly recommend staying here!!

A newly remodeled, lovely B&B - very chic decor, gorgeous gardens, especially the rose gardens, amazing views of Assisi in the distance, and super clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very complete with a lot of different options like eggs, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, cornettos, fruit, and fresh-baked sweets to choose from. It is served in a lovely dining room. One of the owners welcomed us when we arrived, gave us good recommendations for dinner, and accommodated our request for a ground-floor room since we had our little dog with us. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay here again when visiting Assisi.
Our room was next to the main entrance way so not very private - a lot of people walking by at check-in and breakfast times. However, it was the only available ground-floor room when we checked in and we requested ground floor because of our little dachshund so the owner did his best to accommodate us.

The location, the amenities, the bathroom, the breakfast, the service.
Room space could have been bigger. Coffee is served by the host/owner, one cup at a time. So it becomes awkward/embarrassing when you have to request the host for multiple cups of coffee/tea.

The pool and grounds were very good. However the pool closed at 7 and opened at 9 making a pre-breakfast swim difficult.
The room which we were given was not the one we had booked - the room was not the one shown in the booking.com room description. Pictures had been used from a different, more expensive room. The room we were allocated was small, dark and claustrophobic. We would not have booked this property if the correct pictures and room description had been given.
