Ticked all the boxes, amazing views, location, indoor and outdoor spaces. Perfectly designed house.

Views and sunsets out of this world. Everyday was like a new painting looking out the large windows! Close to the beach and the area is secluded enough to feel out of the busy city life over the mountain.

Wunderschöner Ausblick mit einigen Mängeln

+ Lage zwischen Kapstadt und Cape Point mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Bucht von Scarborough + einfache und schnelle Kommunikation über WhatsApp + viele Parkplätze + Nähe zum Strand (5-10 min zu Fuß) + sehr ruhig gelegen + zwei gut ausgestattete Küchen mit zwei Waschmaschinen + drei sehr schöne Terrassen + zwei Grills und eine Feuerstelle + viele Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen + Schlafzimmer mit getrennten und Doppelbetten (für Freunde und Paare geeignet) + sehr gut mit Kleinkindern (Spielplatz in der Nähe, immer Schattenplatz am Haus, viel Platz zum Spielen)

- nur ein Schlüsselbund für das gesamte Haus - Babybett musste durch uns gereinigt werden (stank und hatte überall Spinnweben durch die Lagerung in der Garage) - kein Service im Haus während unserer 11 Nächte (nur Reinigung der Außenbereiche) - Matratze im Obergeschoss stark durchgelegen Weitere Kleinigkeiten: - 14 Uhr zur Check-In Zeit war das Haus noch nicht fertig gereinigt - keine Steckdosen in zwei der drei Bäder - für große Gruppen wäre mehr Besteck notwendig - keine Spiegel in den meisten Schlafzimmern - keine Tür zum Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss - nur eine Klimaanlage pro Etage
