First class hotel in every way! Wonderful breakfast served on your own teracce, very kind and active personnel and one of the most amazing views on the world.

Santorini is quite expensive and this hotel as well.

staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning were outstanding. Located in the centre of Oia we loved our holiday.

The room we were given was the furthest away from the street into Oia and also the furthest from the pool, we had to go up and around to get to the pool, around 60 steps, there was 92 to the road, however that’s what you get staying on a cliff side. so don’t book if you’ve limited mobility.

I was really impressed with the level of excellence that the staff was. Everyone was very professional and kind. My Fience and I had planned this amazing romantic trip but at the last minute I could not go due to unexpected issues with my passport. I had her go without me because the room was nonrefundable. With that being said I worked with Alex who help set her up with the honeymoon surprise and she was thrilled. I want to thank Alex for being on top of every step since he knew I couldn't make it. My next trip to Greece I will defiantly stay at this property again.

The views were by far the best thing about this hotel. However, the breakfast was stunning. Being able to eat on our terrace was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for staff.

I would have loved a bath in our room - but otherwise it was heavenly.

We had an incredible stay. The staff is working hard to make sure you have everything you need. The view is just amazing. The hot tub is amazing. Everything was just amazing :-)

Minor thing only: your breakfast is delivered at the time of your choice, but all together at once. If you order pancakes with it for example, and you eat it as a dessert, they are cold by the end of the meal, and getting it 15 minutes later than the rest is not possible. That being said, even cold they were great ^^

We stayed at 2 properties that belongs to the Secret group and they synced the check in and check out times so we would not have time without a room. They were nice trying to satisfy us.

The overall feeling that we got from the staff wasn’t as comfortable as it supposed to be in these kind of hotels. First, when we arrived we asked from the staff at the pool to move the shade parasol for a bit so we would have shade on our sun-beds- the staff told us it is impossible. Answer that isn’t acceptable as the staff has to put the customers in their 1st priority and to do their best to provide help and satisfy us. Second, the concierge offered us a taxi to the airport for 100e. Which is twice the Avg. prices of external drivers. It’s a totally joke and unacceptable. They should do better prices to their customers not to clip a coupons. It’s a joke. The Restaurant of the hotel- worst I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. The prices are a totally joke. Almost 30e and more for appetizers, which not just not satisfying, but also, without any flavor at all, and tiny as it is a Michelin star restaurant and it is not. The main course pricing aren’t compatible with what you actually get. Do not go there, it’s a scam. Except the great views, which you can also get from other nearby gyros restaurants. The shower- the red color is not belongs to the hotel, didn’t understand that. Plus the shower system is not my top pick. But at least it worked. Cocktails bar- definitely overpriced, I prefer to go and get 4 cocktails in the bars upstairs rather than ordering 1 from the bar. Definitely overpriced. Bottom line, not as luxurious as we thought and you always get the feeling that the hotel know that maybe you have a deep enough pocket so they can overprice anything because you wouldn’t mind. They wrong with their attitude and they miss the point. We celebrated the one of the most important days in our lives (engagement), and they didn’t even sent us any congratulations letter or a complimentary wine. Not good enough customer relation.
