Primrose is a lovingly redecorated cottage that still maintains its 1940's charm. An easy two short-block walk from the center of Main Street and a half block from Hill & Vine restaurant, which offers great dining and entertainment, the location can't be beat. Plus, Fredericksburg's huge HEB store is only a five-minute walk, so visitors can come stay and never even use a car. An added bonus is that the huge back yard makes you feel like you aren't even in the heart of the city but rather in an oasis of fireflies, cooing doves and pecan trees.

The front bedroom boasts an impressive king-size bed with premium linens that will make you want to nestle in and stay! The back bedroom is decorated in cool hues of gray with an especially comfortable queen-size bed and private views of the lovely back yard. The den has many seating options, all of which are designed to be casual and comfortable, and maybe even nap-inducing. A large TV is on one wall of den, with free access to a wide array of channels. The kitchen is well-stocked with most anything you could need for a meal in-house, plus there is a charcoal grill in the yard if you decide to go that route.

Wifi is fast and free! USB plugs are in most rooms of the house. Most guests especially enjoy the privacy and serenity of the expansive yard, with its outdoor seating areas. If you are seeking the convenience of an in-town, walkable location combined with the comforts of the great outdoors, you have found the right spot!

The homes does accept up to one dog but there is an additional fee of $27/night. Furthermore, please bring a crate for your dog and crate it in your absence from the house, do not allow the dog on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of its waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
