Framed by a wrap-around porch, this charming retreat features a small living room area, king-size bed, full kitchen, and luxurious bathroom. Enjoy your private hot tub, fire pit, and grill; perfect for relaxing nights under the stars, with wineries and town just minutes away.
The Space:
• Private Airstream at Gladheart with an open, cozy layout
• Queen-size bed in the first bedroom with comfortable linens
• Double-size bed in the second bedroom
• Small living room area for relaxing
• Equipped kitchen
• Bathroom featuring a shower
• Private hot tub, fire pit, and grill

• Feels secluded and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg
• Quick access to dining, shopping, and local wineries
Gladheart Property & Shared Amenities
• Peaceful grounds ideal for strolling and unwinding
• Wildlife sightings and breathtaking Hill Country sunsets
• Common outdoor area with picnic tables, horseshoes and cornhole
• Shared game room (ZZ-Top) with shuffleboard, pool, darts, a poker table, and a vintage jukebox
• Enjoy a stroll through the hiking trail to the shared pond

Guest Access:
In addition to the Lucinda Airstream, there are seven other standalone units on the same property. The property itself is very spacious, and each home sits far enough apart that everyone has plenty of privacy. You’ll have full access to the Lucinda Airstream, ZZ-Top (the shared game room) and the outdoor areas that belong to your stay only. The other homes are completely separate and may have guests in them at times, but they do not share your spaces and won’t impact your privacy at all.
Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.
If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
