This completely renovated vintage three bedroom two bath house oozes retro chic touches throughout while sleeping eight and offers a full kitchen. The front bedroom with it's bird theme has two twin beds while the middle bedroom with it's
traveler's theme has a queen. These bedrooms share a bath with tiled tub/shower. The Master bedroom has a king bed and has a bath will large !led shower. Your hosts have a real talent for taking the old and making it look like a showcase. This is evident down to the original pecan floors in the house and the tiled floor in the kitchen.
The large covered outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. Fitted with vintage barn lights this little barn oozes eclectic—meets flea market treasures. It is the perfect place to relax!!

Please be aware that there is an additional nightly pet fee of $27/pet/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.
Please be aware that the home's televisions do not feature any television programming. As a result, if you want to watch live television or a program from a subscription service, you will need to bring your own log in information from home with you.
The house is located on the corner of a busy through street, so there is the potential for road noise.

Had problem with sewer gas smell in the main living area and bathroom. Kudos to the management team for the quick response within 24 hrs with a plumber. I suggested they have that issue looked at thoroughly before the house is rented again. Don’t know if they will follow up on that or not. Renter beware..I’d definitely check the status on the plumbing before committing to the contract. First experience we have ever had with short term rentals and certainly hope it’s the last.

We had a great time overall at the Green Pony but there are definitely some improvements that could be made to make the stay excellent. First of all, there was dog hair everywhere! I realize it was pet friendly but it was excessive. Neither of the bathrooms or the bedrooms had locks on them. Mostly not a big deal but one bathroom is right off of the kitchen and with kids, you have no idea who will walk in. The kitchen had very limited cooking utensils. We found a dog brush in the same drawer as some of the utensils! There is no table set up so we had to move it out in order to eat our meals. The small bathroom smelled like sewage for two days. And lastly, I realize it was mentioned in the listing but the road noise is excessive.
