- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Was an awesome stay!! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, very accommodating with private bedrooms but sharing living room. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Fredericksburg!

No soap in bathrooms.Kitchen fine for us because we did not cook there, butkitchen poorly furnished is someone wanted to cook.No instructions for locking when we were not there during our stay.

Hard to review this way but honesty is best. Uncomfortable with the outside breezeway in an unfamiliar place. Felt we had to lock doors every time we went in and out of them. Couldn’t get comfortable with blind corners from the doors, always felt like someone may walk up on us. Maybe it’s just us! Anyway, tub did not drain, ants in tub, we left a day early and will not choose this place again.good thing there was a second bathroom to use and only 2 of us. It was represented online correctly, we should have chosen a different place to enjoy Fredericksburg!
