Parking outside. Warm welcome. Decorated for Halloween which was amazing. Room lovely and warm. Comfy bed. Great view. Breakfast very substantial and we could take our dog down with us for breakfast
That we were not stopping for longer

Small hotel with a lovely ambience and very welcoming Fantastic room at the front with wonderful view of the sea and towards the lake district. Owners were outstanding and went overboard in the facilities they provided.
The mattress on the bed was very firm and as one who is used to an extremely soft mattress I had a poor nights sleep. Not the hotels fault as many people would have been perfectly comfortable.

The hotel, staff and breakfast were amazing. Cant fault the hotel or the little extras in the room. Great location for the Marine Theatre.
The mattress, we were unable to sleep all night as it was so uncomfortable. It was really disappointing as everything else about our stay was 5*.
