Parking was a little annoying but we can overlook.

The property catered to our groups needs for sleeping and showering. Easy access and walking distance to the lake front plus close to the airport and QEC. Parking provided is near by which is good and included with your apartment payment.
For the amount of people in each apartment there wasn’t enough kitchen equipment to cater to big groups. We had booked 4 apartments, one apartment only had one pot and a frying pan to cook for 12 people. No oven trays but once requested for a tray only one could fit in the oven. One of the washing machine or dryer didn’t work properly. Between the 3 apartments we shared one vacuum as one apartment vacuum didn’t suck and another apartment didn’t have a vacuum.

PARKING. For such a beautiful buildong complex the larking is very disappointing.

Mainly needs updating throughout Carpet and furniture tired/ marked One of the toilets doesn’t flush only one channel on tv in lounge, kitchen equipment very basic Location way out of Queenstown Was very expensive for what it is Large bracket/ plugs on wall in main bedroom but no tv
