As always, very welcoming; lovely room overlooking pretty garden; quiet, very comfortable. Great breakfast, including full English.
Shower was a little difficult to set temperature and operate.

The location was excellent if you wanted access Ashbourne centre and its local area. The welcome and car parking very good.

The lady being understanding and accommodating with our late arrival. And dietry requirements. Having a safe place to park. The old railway tunnel nearby. Walks. Nearby cafes and restaurants.
Needs a bit of an uplift with the decor also part of it's charm. Found the breakfast bacon a bit tough but it may be a local thing.
