Disappointed , Arrogant Staff , Rooms full of Dust

Located in a good area , parking in front of Hotel available and easy to reach .

The Host (Probably the owner) is very arrogant and without manners when it come to deal with clients . I have a hour delay in flight so instead of arriving at 21:00 I arrive at 22:00 , as soon as I arrive I find the Hotel door closed so I contact the hotel telephone and the person that respond me start complaining because I don't advice him by the delay . As soon as he came to open the door he starts again complaining because we arrive late and says "at this time people sleep not work" , Sorry but normally hotels receptions open 24/7 and if you have a delay they sympathise with you not argue with there clients . He need to learn basic rule in Business that CLIENT ARE ALWAYS RIGHT !!!! Than when we came to go up in our room we find that theirs no LIFT so need to go 1 floor with luggage's from stairs we are living in 2025 and this is not acceptable in a Civilized Country like Belgium . Than the cherry on the cake is the room ...... what a joke .... dust EVERYWHERE inside and the toilet door is made of Clear Glass everyone in the room can see you in the bathroom with no Privacy . One of the worst Hotels ever find in Europe .

Good Hotel in Sint Truiden

Belrom Hotel was the perfect option for our stay for the weekend in Sint Truiden. There was free parking for our car, the room was big and confortable and the staff really nice.

Decent hotel for a one-night stay.

The room was a very good size, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

People outside talking were quite loud and sitting just outside my open window. Without a car this is a difficult hotel to reach.

Very outdated. The junior suite can not be described as a suite. A coffee machine would have been nice.

Good hotel for travellers

Comfortable beds, bathroom okay, at least windows that can be opened! Very friendly staff, accommodating. Lively neighbourhood, locals definitely don't seem to be shy around here. Rooms in the rear of the property are facing an orchard and very quiet.

Rooms are basic and quite small. Situated along a very busy national road with heavy traffic throughout the day. There are a few bars, night clubs etc. around the hotel, but will need to take the bus into Sint-Truiden to find a proper restaurant.

It was okay.

The rooms were clean and the staff really friendly. The location to the city center is perfect, we walked about 20 minutes to get to our restaurant. Also the outside facilities were great and it had a proper parking lot which was behind the street.

The needs were way to soft and the hotel is actually at the beginning of the red light district. If you are taken off by that you better not stay there.

Great service

Super friendly hotel owner and staff. Very clean room. The curtains kept the morning light out. For breakfast the owner baked fresh bacon for both of us and asked what kind of eggs we preferred.

Although the bathroom was clean, it was outdated. On other nights I believe the room would have kept all noises out, but the very heavy wind outside kept me up. My son slept very well. I have to admit to be a light sleeper.

Very good Breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable. The Hotel is situated in good position for fast movements. Staff was very friendly.

Voor herhaling vatbaar!

De vriendelijkheid en de flexibiliteit van de hotelhouders. Alhoewel we vergeten waren aan te geven dat we glutenvrij ontbijt nodig hadden en we dat slechts bij het inchecken vermeldden, was alles perfect geregeld. Uitgebreid fantastisch ontbijt. Mooie nette kamers met goede matrassen.

Nous ne reviendrons pas !

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été très froid et psychorigide. On a voulu nous imposer fermement une heure de petit déjeuner beaucoup trop tôt pour un Dimanche ( 8h30 ! négocié difficilement à 9h), ne correspondant pas à ce qui est noté sur Boocking mais aussi sur la brochure dans la chambre (voir photo) et sur le site de l'hôtel ( proposé le week-end jusqu' à 10h30). Le monsieur nous expliquant que c'était ça ou rien avec de grands gestes énervés ! Nous avons donc renoncé à prendre le petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel et nous avons été chez un concurrent accueillant. Au milieu de la nuit, nous avons été réveillés par des clients bruyants sortant du casino voisin.
