Activities for the kids, close to hot water beach, and all the facilities needed

Lots of kids on the roads and cars go slow because of this which is good but maybe an area they can use the go karts and their bikes?

The sheets of the queen bed had a sort of stain, not dirty Id' say but stained. it would be a good idea to have at least one bedside table for phones or a beverage.

The bed was comfy and the room was warm with the heater on. The fish n chips and pizza onsite are yummy. My kids and I enjoyed our food.

I feel like the cabin is overpriced for what it is small. Also the showers are cold basically, warm for 4mins max. There's no phone service which was annoying and Iimited WiFi. So all those things combined are a bit annoying. The duvet covers on the beds look like they're never washed.

The location for the beach is great

No response to a query about a check in time. No clue that the shop and the food/drink options would be shut when I arrived (2015) and I've checked again on the info on booking.com and can't find anything there. No instructions provided for late check in leaving me wandering around until I saw a box on the shop which had keys in. Because the shop was closed, I wasn't able to source a shovel for the low tide in the morning, the whole reason I'd stayed. I'm sure it's a great place for families with the pool facilities etc, but lack of response and incomplete information a real let down.
