Really quiet and spacious villa with private pool. We also had a living room and kitchen that we did not use. Pool is well maintained. Ocean view from the restaurant was breathtaking but you can not swim due to extreme conditions. Good for 3-4 nights maximum. Quite close to Ubud for a day trip.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you don’t have a scooter or car you can’t get anywhere even to the closest mini store. However the hotel mini shuttle can take you there upon request. Also there are no options for eating out except the hotel restaurant - I suggest taking a full board. Some facilities are due to the age of the hotel (opened in 2008) outdated and require major repairs. Breakfast was not extra ordinary but it was okay. Be ready to pay service charge and government tax - 21%.

Breakfast had a wide selection of seasonal fruits and juices. Freshly made omelette to order-. Can watch the surfers at Keramas. Coffee is good. Located above the Black sand beach. Local wurrungs had great fresh food
