Fantastic service able to support for your every need led by staff that were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel facilities are high spec design and the ocean pool villas are beautiful and have stunning views.

The food menu is big and has lots of choice but the quality of food is below the standard of a typical 5 star hotel

The location was stunning. Ocean views and very quiet and relaxing. The villa was beautiful and the lovely staff can do room service twice a day. We had a romantic sunset dinner as well as the restaurant and room service. Spa services were great. The staff are so kind and welcoming.

- Perfect as usual - Ideal place for quiet vacation, especially for couples - We travel with kids, and its very close to Bali Safari and Bali Zoo is also not far from here - huge Benefit - It was our 5th or 6th stay in Komaneka at Keramas and we love it - The pool near beach is amazing, the friedliness of staff, the very nice Villas - Its like going home for a few days... :)

Amazing Stay with Perfect Views

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location offers a rare and beautiful combination of rice field and beach views, creating a peaceful and unique atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our visit. The restaurant was excellent, especially with its Arabic menu options, and we loved the convenience of enjoying our meals—including breakfast—in our room at no extra charge. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking scenery.

Fantastic Stay at Komaneka Keramas

The Komaneka @ Keramas staff were impeccable, and frankly I have not experienced such high level of attention and service for a long time. This is my 4th stay at Komaneka over 13 years and I should add that their exceptional service level has been consistent. Of course, the resort facilities are great too, and this include the excellent food. Will return again in the near future.

None! Only its location is a bit far away from others where you will not have any connection to other places but I highly recommend to stay at least 2 days to experience and relaxation. Its a must!

Perfect.

Komaneka has become my favourite hotel in the world. The place is so beautiful. The staff are incredible, from management to housekeeping and everyone in between everyone is friendly. The staff seem genuinely happy to be there and so were we. Can’t wait to go back.

A beautiful spot with friendly staff and stunning pools.

Beautiful setting amongst the rice terrace - but this meant there were a lot of ants. The villa roofs were covered in plants which again meant more ants… the restaurant tables were frequented by ants. That’s not to say it isn’t a beautiful spot - and the infinity pools are gorgeous - and the main pool was stunning. Lots of positives! But lots of bugs to go with. This could have been improved with more diligent housekeeping. We did have one occasion where we came back to dishes just piled up outside the room - of course attracting ants - that housekeeping had left there.

Peaceful luxury nestled in Keramas' beautiful coastline! A great place to relax and restore.

Komaneka at Keramas is a beautiful, luxurious and well-maintained resort. The grounds are peacefully nestled amongst rice fields and tropical vegetation, and the guest area is set directly on the beach. Our private villa with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean was stunning, to say the least! This is the perfect location for anyone looking to escape, relax and restore, especially if you like to surf, as a break is directly accessible from the resort. The staff were lovely and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The on-site spa was also reasonably priced and the therapists were high-quality.

While the Timur restaurant menu options and complementary breakfast were generous, the quality of the food at this one-and-only cafe/restaurant at the resort didn't meet our expectations, for the price to stay at the resort. We feel the food could have had more flavour and finesse. The complementary yoga and afternoon tea could be better advertised throughout the resort and in the villas. This offering was only shared with us verbally at the start of our stay. On one of the days I was the only guest who attended both the yoga class and the afternoon tea afterwards, both of which I thought were great value!

I stayed for 2 nights There hospitality was fantastic Its the place where you want to stay for meditation and to release your anxiety and negativity The sea view from my room breath taking I love how fast they prepare any celebration and surprises 🩵 i enjoyed all my special surprise preparations done and prepeared by them based on your requests Room cleaning was spotless There breakfast and dinner taste good i loved to have my morning coffee in there resturant duyring breakfast time they have table infront the sea veiw its breath taking I would come again next time with no regrets

Location is far a way from may attractions , restaurants , supermarket and cafes you need to rent bike or car during your stay there to reach out many services or you could hire grap driver

Splendid stay. Wonderful experience.

What really stood out was the hospitality, courtesy, and attention given by all resort staff we encountered (at the reception, restaurant, buggy driver, and room cleaners) that were beyond our expectation. They could remember our names throughout our stay. They acceded to our requests and carried them out without fail. The villa was wonderful and the seaview from the villa was breathtaking. While it might be our first stay at this Komaneka resort (we stayed twice at the Bisma resort some time ago) and it is a bit of a distance from the airport (about 45-50 mins car ride), we are quite sure to return for another stay at this resort in the future. Keep up the great service and upkeep of the resort!

This is NOT a dislike but just to say we hope Komaneka can consider reinstating the daily shuttle service between their resorts. It would be great visiting other Komaneka resorts and enjoying their unique offerings.

This place is amazing, and it gives you a great privacy if you're looking for that, the staff is extraordinary and extremely kind, the only problem in this place that it's a little bit far away from Bali's activities, but that shouldn't be a problem if you're planning to relax and enjoy the beach and the nature, this place will give you unforgettable memories.

The view was excellent. Due to my discomfort to wildlife, I prefer to stay inside when I am at the residence; the floor-to-ceiling windows made me feel like I was outside at all times. The pool was great. I loved how much space there was for the closets. I really liked how quiet it was. Finally, the staff was really friendly and remembered me by name.

The location is a bit secluded. It's a bit far from most places, but that could also be a plus if quiet is what you are looking for. Although the food was delicious, for certain main courses and desserts, the portions were smaller than usual.
