Great location and great staff..

Breakfast was very good. You can choose one meal from their breakfast menu and the sandwich was very good. The staff was very friendly and the pool is amazing. The location is great.. 5 min walk to keramas beach and surfing breaks.

The bedroom didn't have small fridge where we could buy water, fruits and drinks. A small fridge would be great addition to the bedroom. The bedroom is quite small but for a surfer is big enough. The bathroom is quite spacious but full of insects and little crabs. I don't mind much but my partner complained a bit. I was told that the water dispenser had cold water but it was warm or boiling.. not cold.

The bathroom is open air!! it is included in the room but no a/c and when it rains the rain comes through the ceiling andthe floor and anythingyou left on the floor is wet! there were several downpours at night and the floor was covered with bugs. Very hot and humid in the bath as you are outside This info Open Air Bathroom is not included on the description and if it was I would not have stayed there. Breakfast was NOT good at all. Need lessons on how to cook. The room is too small. No place to put your suuitcase. The entire room is taken up by the bed.

Comfortable and very clean.

The hotel was okay and bed very comfortable but I was surprised the room size was so small and bathroom too big. Bathroom had wasted space, room design not well thought out. What I didn't like was no surface space on night stand. The hotel was very clean and great condition. The breakfast was very good but I asked the waitress if the cook knew how to cook an over-easy egg and she said 'yes'. I got my egg sunnyside up and over cooked, meaning that the yolk was at a medium well. I honestly laughed to myself because my experience here in Indonesia so far, no cook knows how to cook and over-easy egg. I have to reach out to the hotel staff being extremely tentative and customer focused, kudos to them. While I was in the pool I noticed several flying insect nests under the arm of a chair and rattan table, I mentioned it to one of the staff and I was surprised to see they quickly they jumped on cleaning out both furniture pieces. I truly didn't expect such a quick response.

This place for me was amazing! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was great but could have had a few more options. Loved that is was a few minutes to one of my Fav beaches.

The safe in the room could be upgraded to a bigger one for the size of a laptop. I had been travelling about a month prior in Indonesia and all of the accom prior had wide and deep safes with more than enough room for other valuables as well as a laptop. I did not see a gym there, the one I did see I was told it was for the owner only. Same with the two pools on the other side of the building they were for private residents. The ones in the pictures. The rooms are not totally sound proof either. In the bathroom I think it was the resort next door every moring I could hear the blue tooth speaker turn on with punk music very loud. I am aware this is a hostel sort of accom so it did not bother me much. Once in the bedroom area it was quiet. These are small issues that if one has not travelled a fair amount may be off putting. All in all very great resort and cannot wait to come back to it.

Definitely not 5 star, this crazy rating sets you up for immediate disappointment. Tiny rooms, very expensive for what it was, food was not great and again prices were pretty up there. The location is good for the surf beach but nothing else around. A very hectic scooter ride along the main road if you want to go anywhere. Booked 2 nights and immediately asked to reduce the stay to one but was told this was not possible

A little slice of paradise. Quiet, comfortable and not far from the beach. Really cosy place to stay.

Everything. A delightful place, very beautiful. The staff and management were lovely and super helpful. It was just a five minute pleasant walk to the beach. Food was good. Rooms are small, but immaculately clean and very comfortable. They treat you like family, so kind hearted. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable rooms and amazing staff

Very nice place with super friendly staff. Upgraded us to a different room so we had space for our 3-year old as well, much appreciated. Great area to relax by the swimmingpool, or just a short peaceful walk to the beach passing some pretty ricefields. Recommended!

Awesome place to stay!!!

Amazing staff who made us feel at home from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The manager, reception, chef, and room cleaner all treated myself and the kids like family. The room attendant even left a little note on our bed for my 4 year old :) Perfect location for peace and quiet and walk to the beach and surf.

There was some music coming from across the main road which could be heard at night.

An ideal place to stay in Bali

Most of all the sense of community. The staff were so gentle and attentive to my needs. It was clean and an attractive environment. I had privacy, but could socialise when I wanted to. There was hot and cold water freely available for drinking water/tea and coffee. There was Indonesian as well as Italian food. The service was great.

The staff are the nicest people we have met! The breakfast is very good. Close to the beach and with a very good restaurant directly across the street. We will definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone!!!

1. the location is nice but only if you are going to surf or have a motorbike or car. This place is only for people who are looking for the local and not commercial places with lots of tourists. there are no bars nearby so it's quiet. :) 2. Wifi is very bad, but if you tell the staff they will do everything to help. 3. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Fantastic

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wish our travel plan would've allowed us to stay longer here. The hotel was pretty , super Clean and just a 5 min walk away from the beach! The Restaurant was also super delicious, the Pizza was the best I had in years. All the staff is so welcoming and helpful . The receptionist was a really lovely soul . I hope you reach your dreams and trust your intuition girl . All in all I'd recommend to come back if you'd love a hassle free stay away from the crowds still in paradise:)
