Bagus is Bagus

Bagus was an excellent host. He is a local surfer so he knows the area and the breaks. It was nice to get a little inside info. He also cooks some tasty eggs at breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hot showers were nice and the AC did good. Just a short walk to the surf. I would 100% come back and stay here.

Piece of paradise

The owner was super adorable, so friendly and helpful. The location was near keramas beach, food nearby but away from the hustle, breakfast cooked every morning was simple but so delicious, choice of eggs how you want or pancakes and a plate of fresh fruit. The shower is indoor but feels like outdoor. Room has little fridge and aircon. The view is quiet and surrounded by rice paddies which was beautiful and serene, absolutely recommend

I have stayed for 10 days. Really comfortable stay. Basic, clean and quiet. Bagus is the owner and you can also rent a bike from him. He will give you good recommendations for surf spots as he is a local surfer too. WiFi was fast. Really recommended place.

The tranquility around the premise. Ideal location for beach bums...there's a surfer's school. Beach within 300 metres. Big bed and firm mattress...love it

Tranquil and relaxing beach stay

Ida is a great host, very friendly! Property was clean and modern set back from the road within the rice fields. Sea is a stones throw away and we enjoyed dinning at the local English restaurant and using the amenities of the hotel on the beach. Great for surfing! Ida and his wife were great and served us scrambled egg and toast each morning with fruit and tea. Thank you for your hospitality! Lucy Lamb

Excellent location, very clean and connected to the local community. Bagus and his family took care of absolutely everything from sourcing traditional foods to try, providing a spare legrope when needed ,to organising a driver and describing the local rice harvest method. Totally delicious breakfast too. A beautiful family that welcome you in. We’ll be back.

Wonderful guest house

The host Bagus could not do enough bless him. Breakfast delivered to my room every morning omelette toast fresh fruit coffee and a pancake. He was so kind and thoughtful. The bed was super super comfortable - wow gorgeous sleep. The outside shower was warm and lovely. I honestly loved my stay here ! Would million percent go back to here.

Two things would have improved it - a fridge and a mosquito net on the bed.......... that is all!

The small individual guest house is located in a ricefiled. It is adorable. If you look a calm, accommodation close to the beach in a quiet environment, this is the perfect choise.

We loved our stay at Padi Guest House!

The room was a good size and very clean. we loved sitting on the front balcony for breakfast and having the morning and evening views over the rice padi. The beach and restaurants were just a very short walk up the road. Bagus so so kind and helpful and made amazing breakfast for us. He was also very helpful in arranging a driver for us when we wanted to go to see sites nearby.

We didn’t have any complaints.

We enjoyed staying in the accommodation and the short walk to the beach. The sunset is beautiful.

The room was clean and spacious. the air conditioning worked well and was very welcome. The bathroom was a nice open air shower. Situated in the padi field a short walk to Keramas beach with restaurants and surf. enthusiastic transport available.

Keramas is not a learners surf spot. This is a quite spot.

the property is in an awesome spot amongst the rice paddies and is private and quiet and not far from the beach and restaurants. The room and bathroom facilities are all in good condition, clean and comfortable. Bagus the host is a good man and a gentleman and very attentive and helpful and friendly and runs a little shop where you can get water and snacks or rent a bike and a exchange money. Breakfast every morning was excellent and the local fruits were tasty and fresh. Great job Bagus 🤙🏻
