Exceptional

This property is a guest house. It is located about 5 minutes by car from the Bormio gondola lift. The ski bus stops right outside the building. A very large ski room. Large rooms equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes. Very clean. The equipment is not new, but all is working fine. The rooms are warm, easy to adjust the heating. Parking right under the building. This is a typical facility where the price explains quality. For people who are in Bormio for skiing, where the room is only for sleeping is a great option. I highly recommend.

easy access, my bike was outside my window

so i booked room with balcony i arrived and last said she didn’t have one so I was stuck as it was early evening I arrived she said she took another booking earlier that day i booked 8.30am online…. I had the email from Albes saying “welcome” but some how my room was given to another person… but it’s an old tactic used by landlords i was charged for linen.. that’s so 70s… I have never been charged for linen in 20 years the fact the beds were already made up when I arrived…. I wanted to say take them off again a little perk of the owners for extra cash

Disappointed

The place was located well from the Bormio city

Firstly we had a VERY small room with miniuscule bathroom - it was hard to get out of the shower because the toilet was in the way!, no privacy - room was localized just beside reception, we heard every noise from the hotel and from the road and the key to the room wasn’t very secure. Internet access had a low signal so I couldn’t sigh in to the net. Besides the room was very cold, the bed wasn’t a true double - in reality we had two single beds clashed together. Bed covers were made from sheep-like fur(?) with no bedding and since I’m very badly allergic to fur and dust I had to sleep under a bedsheet. Would not recommend. Lastly the check out time at 8:30 am is a too early time but it’s not a real problem for me because we knew that beforehand - just something to think about for the hotel - maybe change it to at least 9:30am.

Everything was perfect, clean, warm nice view from terrace , bed comfortable, staff so friendly and helpful, nice kitchen, clean bathroom good location in between Santa Caterina and Bormio Bus station just outside Residence Ables Local shop 300-400m from residence. I have amazing time n I hope to comeback there next year I was feel like it’s my home :)

La posizione, comodissima per Bormio, per lo. Stelvio e per tantissimi giri. Un mini appartamento con stanza da letto e bagno. Grande disponibilità della proprietaria.

Bella la location, il balcone e la metratura nel complesso.

Arredo demodè. Rapporto qualità-prezzo da considerare solo se la spesa cadauno è di 30€ max. Punto dolente i rumori troppo amplificati, donne delle pulizie molto rumorose alle h8 di domenica mattina. Doccia con vetro a scorrere troppo pesante e che si incastra. Nel bagno spazi angusti. Residuo di puzza di sigaretta nell'appartamento. Booking segnava 1.20€ di tassa di soggiorno, fatte pagare 1.50€.

La posizione

La nostra camera (Genziana) era davvero troppo piccola, mancava l'aria, finestre davano sulla strada e letto posizionato con testa sotto la finestra, le tende oscuranti erano sopra le nostre teste. Bagno altrettanto piccolo senza bidet e doccia bassa, per lavarsi i capelli si sbattevano i gomiti. Suggerisco assegnazione camera a viaggiatori singoli e non troppo alti.

Appartamento ampio e funzionale. Consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato (a giugno) una notte in 4 nell'appartamento con due camere da letto al piano terra. L'appartamento è grande e con il necessario per un soggiorno comodo: apprezzata la presenza del forno e della lavastoviglie (con pastiglie) se si cena in appartamento. Le camere (in particolare quella con letto matrimoniale) sono sufficientemente grandi e la presenza di due bagni (di cui uno a servizio della camera matrimoniale) è molto funzionale. Le docce nei bagni erano grandi (belli i getti idro-massaggio) ed i bagni erano nuovi e puliti. La cucina accede su una terrazza esterna molto ampia (non ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento) ed attrezzata con tavoli - purtroppo la sera in cui siamo stati ha piovuto e non l'abbiamo potuta utilizzare. L'host è stata gentile e premurosa. Veloci le procedure di check-in e check-out e comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte all'ingresso (parcheggio scoperto). Proprio vicino al residence ci sono un paio di bar dove fare colazione. Le foto presenti su booking sono fedeli a quanto trovato.
