Located on the mountain at cable car station offer basic hotel services (need 10 min drive from Bormio).

Photos shown on Booking.com are not even similar to actual room we were in (actual pictures attached). Staff speaking basic English, hard to understand. Pizza OK. Lasagne not enough for small child Spaghetti carbonara OK.

Location is fabulous! We were lucky that at this time there were not so much people so place was quit. Otherwise - expect to hear everything your neighbors say - soundproofing is awful. There is breakfast in place - backery is so delicious!!

It's not only about this hotel but about a lot during our trip - we booked room for 2 adults and a kid but they provided us only with 2 big towels. Why??? Additing kid to a reservation adds costs but for some reason no additional service. At first morning we were provided with backery, snacks, coffee, But at second morning there were already omlet suggested in a aditional to previous day. It was frustrating. Sound proofing is so bad as I wrote above. Stuff does not speak English, only Italian

We were visiting our granddaughter who was on a skiing trip, so it was the ideal place to be.

Breakfast and home made food very good. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. you cannot get any closer to the ski slopes. The views are spectacular.

Tea and coffee in the room would be nice.

Gallo Cedrone, worth coming back too!

The food is delicious, the location is amazing. You literally wake up and you can view people getting into the ski lifts. Quite insane. It's honestly worth coming back just becuase of it. The staff were also quite friendly.

The room was supposed to be deluxe but it was tiny, couldn't even open up my bag. However the beds were extremely comfy.

Breathtaking views, perfect location for a ski trip, great value for money

Firstly, the view from the room was exceptional, you'll want to keep the shutters open all day! Location is brilliant for a skiing trip in Bormio, located at Bormio 2000 (meaning you save a 10 min gondola ride every morning to the main lifts) and just next to the ski rental shops (where you can leave your skis daily), ski schools, ski pass office and ski lifts. Hotel restaurants were also very tasty and decently priced, but if you want to try other places, you can easily take the gondola down into the town (operates till 17:00-ish). Breakfast was always great and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms could really do with better soundproofing as you can hear most of the other guests in the rooms/restaurant, and the piste groomers outside in the nights. At times it made it difficult to sleep.

Although nobody speaks english they try their best and the view is breathtaking.

It's a skiing location and we stayed in october, so it's low season - cold, no people. Bunk beds are squeaking, no heating, room photos are misleading and nobody speaks english, check-in takes very loong..

The view is amazing! Can see the city and the mountains. Facilities are good.

If you follow google maps you end up before the small train. Check the description so you can park closer. The parking place is made of gravel and sand and a bit of a ruff ride. Dont come with a lowered car.

Welcoming staff for a relaxing retreat

The lifts were not opened during our stay due to Covid restrictions. However, we had a very relaxing weekend. The family managing the hotel was welcoming and we enjoyed the variety of foods in the two restaurants. Good breakfast included with eggs, cheese and cold cuts. There is a covered parking lot just under the property. Very convenient location for skiers!

La colazione e la posizione sulle piste.

Il personale si é mostrato poco accogliente. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di un’ora per effettuare il check-in. Capisco l’ora di punta, ma se c’è scritto che il check in è effettuabile a partire dalle 14, non ti puoi lamentare, dopo un’ora di attesa, che è troppo presto. Inoltre, per esserci -2 fuori, la camera era un po’ fredda e i termosifoni erano quasi sempre spenti. Come per il riscaldamento, per fare arrivare l’acqua calda ci voleva un po’ di attesa ed era comunque tiepida.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, einen längeren, erholsamen Urlaub würde ich woanders buchen.

Frühstück und Lage waren ok, wobei man ohne Auto verloren ist.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort am Gang bzw. im Restaurant bis spät in die Nacht. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Hotel, aber zumindest am Geräuschpegel müßte dringend gearbeitet werden.

Malgré la barrière de la langue le patron est sympathique il m'a indiqué le garage pour les motos il y a un sous-sol géant capable d'accueillir au moins 50 motossans souci. par contre l'hôtel étant en travaux à la période où je suis passé j'ai eu du mal à trouver l'hôtel . Le restaurant qui est situé à 25 m et de bonne qualité ainsi que le petit-déjeuner on repars le matin après avoir bien mangé et bien dormi.

Lo staff molto disponibile cordiale e pronto tempestivo a qualsiasi richiesta. Abbiamo avuto in piccolo inconveniente personale e Roberto il direttore ha prontamente dato la sua disponibilità ad aiutarci risolvendo tutto velocemente. Cucina con piatti tipici ottima ed abbondante. Le torte fatte da loro veramente speciali.
