Great location and nice space for family

The hosts were very nice and checked in on us over our stay. Their recommendations were so appreciated, especially since we have kids either us. Great location! One flight of stairs only to the apt. Washer worked great. Close 5 min walk to a pretty beach, 5 mins walk to old town

Beds were not as comfortable as we would prefer, but they were clean! Stairs are a little scarey (no railing on spiral stairs) which is hard with younger kids. Adults or teens of course it would be fine.

Charming!

The hosts were really sweet, the husband gave us a quick history of Korcula when we checked it :) The bathrooms are really charming and the kitchen is big enough to actually cook if you wanted. There is lots of storage space so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. The mattresses are comfortable. The back deck is the best, such a great view! it gets morning sun and seats 3 people nicely. There is also a little clothes drying rack out there. It is a very short walk from the ferry, like the equivalent of 2 city blocks. It is up a small hill and there is a small market 2 doors down, very convenient. I recommend Pepper and Choco for lunch or a low key dinner right inside the old town. The wine tour was so special with a beautiful scenic drive of part of the island with the best tour driver, Ducan (aka Duchy), all of the vineyards were welcoming and beautiful and the wine was wonderful. Definitely climb the bell tower if you can, the views are just incredible! Korcula is a stunning gem!

There were only 5 pillows in the unit that sleeps 5 people in beds and they were on the small side, probably not an issue for most but I like more than one pillow. The door to the gorgeous porch was tricky so have them show you how to use and do it yourself before they leave. Test the keys to both the unit and the lobby doors while the hosts are there.

Excellent, well equipped apartment, let down by poor noise insulation

Well decorated and furnished modern apartment, thoughtfully equipped for today's travellers. Comfy beds, new bathroom, good shower, plenty of electric sockets. Thank you!

The walls were very thin/uninsulated and there was a lot of noise transmitted from the other flats.

A fantastic apartment in a great location

This was a fantastic apartment for our family of 5. It was very clean and comfortable, and it was only a short walk with our suitcases from the ferry. Leah our host was amazing, she met us off the ferry, helped us settle in and recommended an excellent restaurant which we all loved. She went the extra mile and helped us with our ferry bookings which we really appreciated.

Excellent location on the edge of the Old Town with its own parking. Perfect studio apartment for couple visiting this fascinating region. Friendly and helpful hosts.

The location is perfect, 200m to the ferry port, within the walking distance to the old town, near to every thing.. coffee shops, supermarkets... restaurants. Very clean Spotless... very friendly and responsive hosts... Highly recommended..

Well located, perfect appartments for big groups

We had 2 appartments and it was perfect! The living spaces are generous so we could comfortably have dinner there and hang out, even as a group of 9. The owners are fantastic, welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of great tips. A perfect stay, thanks!

The only thing that I can fault is the WiFi speed. But as you're in a beautiful place this didn't affect our experience much at all

The location of the property is amazing - it's very close to the downtown, as well as several local cafes and bars. The hosts are very kind - they were willing to help us with anything we needed, as well as providing us with information regarding the city. The apartment is even bigger than it seems on the images provided - it is spacious and well-equipped. The balcony was fantastic - we spent every morning there. Apartments Viva truly made our stay all the more amazing - would definitely recommend it.

Lovely spacious place near the old town, very friendly host.

The apartment is a bit hard to find since there are no signs visible from the road. The host Vicko was waiting for us at the appointed time and gave us the tour of the aptm. as well as many helpful tips and advices for the island. The 3 bedroom apartment was in evey respect more than we expected - 3 nice sleeping rooms and two bathrooms upstairs, a living room - kitchen combination with a small terrace downstairs; kitchen was well equipped. There is one air conditioning unit in each floor, sufficiently strong for Dalmatian heat. The only disadvantage is that one has to leave the bedroom doors open at night to get cooling. The place is only a few minutes walking distance from the town centre and very cosy.

The two-floor layout of the the 3 bedroom aptm. might not be suitable for disabled persons and small children.

Ottima posizione e bell'appartamento, peccato per la pulizia

Posizione fantastica, bel giardino e doccia grande.

Sono rimasta scontenta per il livello di pulizia dell'appartamento, soprattutto della cucina: al mio arrivo ho trovato delle forchette sporche in lavastoviglie e anche su alcuni degli utensili e posate in cucina e nel microonde c'erano dei residui di cibo. Inoltre, le suppellettili non sono state spolverate. Questo aspetto ha inciso molto sulla qualità del soggiorno, che altrimenti sarebbe stato ottimo vista la posizione e l'aspetto della casa che comunque è molto carina.

Mein Mann sagt ich würde nur kritisieren. Der Tradition nach tue ich es also auch hier:

Viel zu nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Viel zu steril sauber. Viel zu nah an der wunderschönen Altstadt. Trotz Nähe zur Altstadt auch noch leise damit man viel zu lange schläft. Klimaanlage viel zu teuer, braucht kein Mensch. Wenn ich in den Süden fahre will ich es heiß -bei Tag und bei Nacht. WiFi 24 Std im Urlau b gehört sich nicht. Will im Urlaub nicht erreichbar sein und auch nicht im Internet sondern im Meer surfen. Küche grässlich voll von Zeugs, so dass ich gar nicht mehr raus muss zum Einkaufen. Dachte zumindest so würde ich die 2 Minuten entfernten Läden mal beschnuppern können. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. So kann man seine Vorsätze im.Urlaub abzunehmen 0 halten. Dann schickt mir diese unverschämte Gastgeberin auch noch das vergessene Ladegerät meiner Zahnbürste hinterher. Anstatt den Urlaub so schnell wie möglich zu vergessen, werd ich zu Hause im Briefkasten nochmal daran erinnert.

Excellent choix

L'appartement est très bien situé, très propre et moderne. Il correspond tout à fait à la description. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire. Il y a une petite cour privée très agréable. Une machine à laver est à disposition, ce qui est bien pratique. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

La serrure de la porte d'entrée mériterait d'être changée, il est assez difficile de tourner la clé. Hormis cela tout était parfait.
