Belle décoration et très bon emplacement, en plein milieu du port !

I strongly advise against this residence. At first glance, the apartment is clean, but you only have to look a little closer to see that it is just extremely dirty: microwave, dishwasher (there were dirty dishes in it for several days I think, judging by the smell...), freezer, even the dishes (I had to wash them again before eating in them...). In addition, it was not possible to lock the door, but only the shutter directly facing the street, we did not feel safe. When we arrived, a man came to help us open it because we could not do it (entrance was through a security box), he did not introduce himself.... We did a washing machine the day before, which could not dry during the night because there was no clothes horse and no window to hang the laundry: we have to travel with our wet laundry in our suitcases. Furthermore, the ad is misleading: it advertises a balcony and a terrace, but we didn't have any of these in the apartment, and we're very disappointed. We can hear everything going on next door, and people in the apartment next door (probably other tenants) were making a LOT of noise; we felt like they were in the apartment with us. We even considered going to a hotel... in the end, thank goodness we only stayed one night. This setback unfortunately largely tarnished our stay in Korčula... Otherwise the island is really good, you have to go there !

Location, location, location 👌🏻

Excellent location near all attractions without being overwhelmed by tourists on your doorstep. Beautiful opportunity for sunsets and more. Very good communication at all times. Really a very nice suprise as to comfort of location. Apartment more than what expected as well. Would be great for a longer stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Convinient check in and great location.

Great location - old city center, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and bars - everything within couple of minutes of walking. Amazing view of the city of Korčula on one side, and Peljesac on the other side. Apartment was clean, easy accessible and well prepared with utilities you need for stay.

Can be quite noisy from the apartment above, as not as good isolated, but nothing you can't live with. A bit tricky to dry things, as only one door and no window, but it was manageable.

Lovely apartment next to the port

- Apartment very close to the port - Cute design and well equipped with anything needed (eg kitchen appliances and equipment, soap and shampoo, clothesline) - Air condition - Boardgames if you wanted to play - Fridge (the owner was very thoughtful and had already put in milk and juice for us) - Close to all the stores but at a good spot to avoid the noise from the music at night from the nearby places - Easy checkin and check out (code and information was provided) - Very friendly owner. Gave us directions to reach the apartment (the address at Booking.com was guiding us to another nearby place in google maps). She also prepared the place early to be able to settle when we arrived.

Even though the bedroom was very cute and clean, the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable for some reason.

Decent place to stay for a night!

Ivana was fast and responsive. She gave instructions to pick up keys and made sure we checked in and everything was fine. The location is perfect as its very close to old town. The room and apartment was decent sized and clean. There was everything as shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay!

There was a strong room freshener smell in the house which was overwhelming. The bathroom had bugs and a spider. There description on booking.com was kind of misleading as it said there is a balcony but it was just a table on the public street. There was continuous foot traffic and we couldn’t keep the door open.

We were so pleased to have such a comfortable place to stay.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, unfortunately we were not able to make use of the outdoor seating as the weather was so bad. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen and is very comfortable. Ivana our host made us very welcome even supplying us with some groceries as we arrived on Sunday when the supermarkets are closed. We had a little problem with the heater but she came within 10 minutes to sort it out.

Excellent apartment in the heart of fabulous Korcula.

We spent two unforgettable days in Korcula. The owner of the apartment, Ivana, met us in the parking and handed us the key. She's prepared for a bigger apartment than the ones we paid for. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment and a huge amount of dishes. We are grateful to Ivana for her concern! We recommend it to all travelers.

We spent the night on a rainy day in June and the apartment was not prepared for it. The rain poured into the bedroom through the electrical conduits, specifically water squirted from a spotlight in the ceiling. The power went out in half the apartment. We believed that there was risk of the roof collapsing as the water entered from 7 in the morning. We had to leave in a hurry so the stay was very unpleasant and we didn’t sleep a wink.

Comfortable, modern apartment; good wifi; close to the catamaran dock and Korcula Old Town; comfortable pull-out couch in the living room

It's right on the street so the only natural light is from the front door, which isn't a big problem since you can close the shutters for privacy, but it can be noisy with people walking by if you leave the door open (there's air-con if you want to shut it all out)

Superb

Location is second to none, right near the heart of the old town. Accommodation was much larger than I was expecting, very clean and well equipped. Also the added benefit of a table & benches outside which was great for breakfast. We extended our stay very last minute & Marion met us late in the evening to accommodate our arrival, really friendly and helpful.

Well equipped apartment close by the everything

Well equipped apartment with everything you could need: kitchen, washing machine (which was a bonus), iron, little outdoor area with a table etc. The location was perfect 5 mins from the beach, old town and ferry port.

The apartment was a little humid (there's only one main window) so our towels never dried for example and there was a slight damp smell. There was also write a bit of noise from the flat above.

Location is good - it is five minutes from the Old city. The apartment is clean and has all necessary stuff. But there are huge minuses which reset all benefits and honestly I have no idea why this place has so high rating.

- apartment is on the ground flour. That means the main entrance door goes directly to the walking street! And this street is not quite - it is very nosy at night. Very much! - there are No windows in it. At all. So the only resource of fresh air and sun is the main entrance door which leads at the street and should be opened all the time if you do not want to die without air. - as a result of absence of the windows - the flat is wet , all your things after one night will be also because of lack of oxygen and sun. You have to keep the only one door open for the night and because of that you just cannot sleep because of noise coming from the street. It is not cozy to live like on the street with people and scooters passing by looking into the opened door. No privacy , no quite , no fresh air, everything is wet in this apartment.

Superb

I realy liked it because it is brand new, beautifull and close to beach and city centre, but you dont hear noise from the city. You have everything, just like at home... dish washer and washing machine with cleaners, iron and table for ironing, juice maker, coffee machine, water heater, stuff for bakery, very good stove, a lot of toalete paper, towels, very good air conditining, amaizingly comforable bed... highly recomend!

Everything was perfect. Location, amenities, hosts, everything. We asked for clean towels after 3 days and were provided with the fresh ones in no time. The hosts also arranged a parking garage for us in the nearby shopping center. The appartment has everything you need, a washing machine, ironing board, iron, towels, bedlinens, air condition etc. Also there is a great cafe and restaurant (Marco Polo & Radiona) 1 minute away that serves delicious coffee and breakfast. We can highly recommend to book this appartment.

Great vacation

Host was really polite and available for questions and sugestions in every moment. Apartmant is just at the perfect location not in the center but 2 min walk from it. Parking solution is clever and important because of lack of parking spaces in town. If we go to Korcula again we will definitely try to book the same apartment. All the recommendations😁
