A perfect apartment to explore Korcula's Old Town and the rest of the island.

Perfection.

A gorgeous, quiet apartment, thoughtfully renovated, a large sunny courtyard in a garden, with glimpses to the old town, the cathedral bell tower, with soaring mountains as backdrop. Thoughtful touches such as a bowl of fruit and chocolates, chilled water. A really comfortable bed. An easy walk to restaurants, old town, and the harbour. Filip kindly picked us up from the ferry and showed us around both the apartment and what Korcula had to offer.

It is a beautiful little apartment with a lovely seating area overlooking the garden. The suite is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The host provided a fruit bowl when I arrived!

Really the only thing was the hot water tank is small, so difficult to wash my long hair in a short amount of time 😅

Luxurious property

What a fantastic property! It is beautiful. All the furniture and decor is luxurious. It really felt like a home away from home. The courtyard was such a bonus with the view. Filip came to meet us from the ferry and helped carry our luggage whilst pointing out where to find things such as a supermarket etc. I’m so glad we chose to say here.

Perfect accomodation for couples

Gorgeous setting, well located but still quiet. Extremely comfy bed. Indoors and outdoors impeccably clean. Lovely assortment of coffee pods, fruit, and chocolates waiting when we arrived. Felipe met us from the ferry, pointed out things to do on the way, compiled a helpful guidebook, and allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage at his shop the day we were leaving as we had a late ferry. Best accomodation on our trip up through the islands! Would definitely stay again :) streaming services available at the property was another bonus! And all the resources needed to cook whilst there.

Exceptional apartment you will love

We were met at the ferry and taken to the apartment which was so appreciated. The location right in the old town was fabulous- close to restaurants and attractions We have been on holiday for several weeks - the apartment was the best we’ve stayed in; every possible thing has been thought of- a home away from home . Clean, well equipped; loved the courtyard. The owner was attentive and responsive Cannot recommend the apartment highly enough.

loved this stay so much!

one of my favorite apartment stays ever, anywhere. Filip was so nice to meet us at the ferry and make sure we found our way and had all we needed. incredible comfortable and well stocked abode. Korcula is lovely, but we were happy to have extra time to chill at "home" on a rainy day.

the bed was ok, but not the most comfortable. for the heavier one of us, the foam mattress was not great support. the lighter one if it's thought it was fine.

Incredibly well located. Really close to everything in the town centre. Furnished really nicely and had lots of kitchen utensils which I always find important when you don’t want to be spending money eating out every day. Really comfy bed and extra blankets if needed. Room and terrace are much bigger than they look in the photos!

Everything was great! Only recommendation is to be careful with the taps as the hot water comes through scalding hot!

Amazing location close to everything! But when you were ready to go home you were just a few steps away and it was so quiet and comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and we had a really lovely stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The outdoor seating area was great. There was water in the fridge along with chocolates and fruit when we arrived which was a nice touch.

Charming garden setting

Location was excellent and quiet. Loved the terrace. Filip, the host, was very responsive and met us at the port. The bed, bathroom, washing machine, and kitchen were superior.

perfect, everything we needed for a short self catered stay

it was much more spacious than the photos online suggested, we had a sun terrace separate from other guests, the bed was comfy and big, everything was spotlessly clean and seemed to be newly renovated, filip met us on arrival and showed us the town as well as the apartment which made us feel very welcome and comfortable, he also gave us suggestions for day trips - the water taxi trip was so much fun and a great recommendation. the location couldn’t have been better - less than one minutes walk to the old town and supermarket

4 night stay in Korcula

Great location, quiet but close to town. Lovely terrace and apartment..Probably the nicest and most modern I stayed in whilst in Croatia. Had a car and had free parking just a short walk away. Filip who hosts the apartment is very friendly and helpful.

Bit dark, as I couldn't open the shutters as there are fly screens. But would rather be dark than eaten by mosquitos!

These apartments are perfectly located, everything is close by. They are cozy and well equipped, perfectly clean. There is a wonderful terrace in the apartment. The owners are very friendly and always in touch. Phillip ( coordinator) helped us with everything when we arrived and told us in detail about Korcula.

Great location for exploring old town Korčula

The terrace outside the apartment was perfect for enjoying the weather and local wines after a day exploring. Filip helped us orient to the area.

The apartment was a little dark but we were mostly on the terrace. There was probably a way to open the shutters better, but we couldn’t get it to work.

La perfection

L'accueil de Philipp le propriétaire est extraordinaire, tout est prévu dans ses explications et le livret d'accueil est très bien fait. La chambre que nous avions réservée est très joliment décorée avec beaucoup de goût. En termes d'équipements, tout y est, tout a été très bien pensé. L'appartement se trouve dans un endroit très calme et à quelques pas du centre du village, tout se fait à pied.

Top ausgestattetes Arpartment mit allen nützlichen und wichtigen Dingen. Ob Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Föhn, Gewürze, Kaffee alles vorhanden. Schönes geräumiges Badezimmer, Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern und verspricht nicht zu viel. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl, der Empfang war sehr Herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Besitzer sind sehr Hilfsbereit und kümmern sich sehr lieb. Fußläufig innerhalb zwei Minuten im Zentrum von Korčula, besser geht's nicht. Wichtig für Leute die mit dem Auto anreisen, das Arpartment ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Entweder oben am Supermarkt parken (Kurzzeitparplatz 2Std.) und entladen oder unten an Put Svetog Nikole 7, von hier sind es dann nir 2 Min. zum Apartment.

Bra läge nära hamnen. Stor och fin lägenhet fullt utrustat kök. Trevlig uteplats. Boendet har 2 lägenheter så det passar utmärkt för familjer eller vänner. Ägarna är väldigt hjälpsamma.
