Perfect location. Fabulous view!

This lovely apartment had everything you need for a perfect stay in Korcula. The location couldn’t be better. The view is amazing, and Tonči is friendly and helpful. It was fabulous to have a separate bedroom overlooking the harbour! I had a clothesline and a washing machine and lots of space to organize things. We were exploring the islands on bicycles and Tonci made sure we had a safe location to store them when we weren’t cycling. We definitely recommend Tonci’s place as a good choice to stay in Korcula. If we came back we would stay there again!

Excellent view and short walk to Old Town.

Great view of Korcula Old Town and sea from balcony. The owner Toncin was very helpful and accommodating. Gave great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The walk to Old Town was a five minute walk snd we were provided with free parking which was a short walk away.

The only surprise was that the toiletries amenity only meant toilet paper and hand soap so we had to purchase shampoo , body wash and conditioner.

1st room we had was substandard. We were offered a refund. We asked to change rooms. This was facilitated. 2nd room was fine.

The location is great, a 3 min walk to old town. Amazing views. Tonci the owner was wonderful and kind, very helpful. A great value for the location hence the high rating.

The furnishings are older and the building a bit noisy, could hear the other guests. We were on the ground floor so had limited views...thought we would be in an upper unit but our bad for not asking for clarification.

Hreat spot overlooking the harbor and old city.

Great location above the gorgeous old town. Very friendly host treated us like family and gave us a garage below the apartment and a liter of his own delicious red wine. Excellent value.

The location of this apartment is excellent - there are 2 sets of steps to either side of the entrance - one brings you to the swimming area and the other to the town. Tonci met us from the ferry thankfully - we had travelled all night and were very tired - at first glance the apt looked old fashioned but once we slept and got our bearings, it had absolutely everything you need. Good shower and boiler switch outside bathroom door so hot water when you need it. Air Con in the bedroom. A seating area at the front and another shaded one at the back if the heat gets too much. Also a washing machine which is handy as we tended to wear the same few bits of clothes (despite overpacking as usual). Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tv, a huge bed. There are little beaches along the sea front and they are quite stony. Water shoes are a must if you will be sea swimming and lots of stones and sea urchins. The water is the clearest I have ever seen. There is swimming all along the rocks and even below the strip of restaurants along the high wall. We ate breakfast in (supermarket in the town) and ate lunch and dinner out. Korcula town is stunning. We also availed of local bus service (download Arriva Croatia app for bus timetables) to Lumbarda to more beachy areas and that was nice. For sandy beaches you can get off the bus one stop past the village of Lumbarda - the road forks and there is a beach at the end of each, Nicest one in my opinion is the one to the right. The one to the left nice also and you can walk along the path back in to Lumbarda. We also did a water taxi day trip for 120 Kuna (about €17). That stops on that were to Badije where you can see lots of deer and that was a fun swimming area (one cafe there that takes cards). The Vrnik which is gorgeous and has one restaurant (looked expensive) but we just hung out and swam there, then Lumbarda and back to Korcula Town. Food is very Italian influenced - lots of pizza and pasta.

Everything was great - great views and just a beautiful place.

It was helpful having the host pick us up at the ferry terminal. Not too far of a walk from the old town and has a very nice view from the patio.

The room, while comfortable and clean, is pretty basic. The washing machine settings were not very clear and we never figured out how to have it spin fast enough to wring out the clothes.

Exceptional

Amazing and specious 1 bedroom apartment with the best ever seaview from the balcony. Very close to the old town - perfect location. Our host meet us at the port, drove all the way to the apartment and gave us a very nice bottle of wine as a welcome present. Thank you very much. Next time in Korcula island we will be booking the same place again. Can't wait to come back.

Great value for money

Our host Tonci picked us up at the ferry and we checked in at 10.30 already. he was also extremely helpful in helping us set up covid testing for our upcoming flights. This is a basic apartment, but is great value for money. It is in a quiet area and has an amazing view from the porch. I can highly recommend!!

Exceptional

The owner, Tonci picked us up at the ferry when we arrived and took us to the apartment. He even brought us a bottle of his homemade wine. The apartments were clean and comfortable and in a great location for all activities. The outside seating was wonderful for watching the boats in the harbor. It was a short walk to the Old Town or to shops or to the taxi boats. We would stay there again.

Super host and great value for money apartment in perfect location.

Tonci was an amazing host and picked us up from the ferry port on arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in a beautiful location (just a few steps from the beach and old town), with spectacular views from the balcony. Although the facilities were quite basic, the apartment was fantastic value for money and we definitely hope to return here!

Host was always checking if we need something. friendly. location, location, location and the view amazing. we were sorry that we did not have time to use bbq outside.

If I need to think of something what could be improved: 1) electric switch for the lights in the living room should be on the kitchen wall as well otherwise you need to always walk to the entrance door side. 2) Interior decor is probably down side of this appartment, nothing cute, unique or authentic can be found. 3) in terms of safety if you travel with little kids and your appartment is on first floor, kids may fall from the balcony or from the terrace where the table is. If your kids are more then 6 yeras old you should be fine. If oyu r kids are below 5 you should request appartment on 0 floor.

Gemütlich und in toller Lage!

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage - man ist zu Fuß flott in der Altstadt und kann direkt vor dem Gebäude parken. Es war kein Problem, dass wir einen Hund mit hatten und der hat die Aussicht vom Balkon genossen. :-)

Die Unterkunft ist nicht die neueste, was das Mobiliar angeht - aber für ein paar Nächte passt sie trotzdem gut!
