Good size clean comfortable rooms located short walking distance from old town. Attentive accommodating friendly staff. Beautiful setting right on the edge of the sea with picture perfect view of old town. Restaurant Nigra close by for dining

The location was incredible, magnificent views to the old town. Out the front door and across the road, and you were swimming in beautiful clear water. Easy walk to the Old Town.

Spectacular room to stay

The location was amazing! Spectacular view and to be able to walk right out and swim in the sea was just breathtaking and just a 10 min walk from the ferry Port. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

THERE IS NO PARKING ON-SITE. Please do not be fooled by the false advertisement.

The location is great - about a 10 minute walk to the main part of the city with the restaurants and shops, and right across the street from a beach.

THERE IS NO PARKING AVAILABLE. THE PARKING IS MISADVERTISED FOR THIS LISTING. The property states that there is "free on-site parking" and when you click read more, it states that parking may be available if you contact the host ahead of time. THIS IS NOT TRUE. There is absolutely no parking available at the property, and the street that the apartment is on does not allow for any type of parking (not even temporary for 10 minutes as you move your luggage as we got yelled at by the locals for this). The host will "help you find parking" by letting you know of a free parking lot that's 10-15 minutes away on top of a very steep hill. That is the only available parking nearby. My partner and I are both in our late 20s and very physically active, and we found the steep climb to the parking space during the hot Croatian summer to be very annoying. I can't imagine how difficult this trek might be for a less physically-abled person who had booked this apartment thinking they were going to be able to park their car on-site. Do not pay more for a property if you think it includes parking. There are many other apartments nearby that do not claim to have free parking that are more affordable. Everyone uses the free parking lot up on the hill, so apartments like this one that charge more parking are absolutely lying to you. When I brought this up to the apartment owner, she claimed she has tried to change the "free on-site parking" label for her listing but said she was unable to for some reason. She was also LATE for both the check-in and check-out processes - we had agreed to meet at a certain time and she showed up late to both. This is my first ever negative review - I am not one to often complain about small inconveniences or grievances. But I truly feel like this apartment was very misadvertised regarding the parking situation and I was way overcharged for the value of the place.

Very nice apartment near Korcula old town and ferry port

Beautifully renovated and decorated small apartment just few minutes of walking from Korcula Old town and Port (ferry). Little beach just in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Korcula.

The windows let in street noise so you might want/need earplugs when sleeping.

Perfect homestay in the heart of a lovely island. You will love it.!

The view was fantastic! The private beach right in front with 5 mins walk to the central it was a perfect vacation house i could have asked for. The hospitality was out of ordinary. The host managed our laundry, provided us with food and places recommendations. We felt very homely.!! I loved my stay.

Beautiful, Cozy Apartment by the Sea

The location is excellent - within 5 mins walking distance from the Old Town. In the evening, there is a nice breeze from the ocean so it was never too hot. Good swimming spot right outside the unit across the road. Nicely decorated interior. A nice view of the sea and palm tree from the window (see picture). The kitchen, although small, has a nice cold fridge with a freezer, which we needed to store our food and medication. The bed is spacious and comfortable. Strong AC in the unit. Even comes with a parking garage next door - super important when you have a car and baggage to haul.

The unit is in the main road going into the Old Town so expect so traffic noise. That said, it was not so bad after about 11 pm. We knew from the listing so this was not a big issue for us.

I had reserved a parking spot in advance (I specifically looked for bookings with parking), and when we arrived I was told the parking wasn’t available. We ended up getting yelled at by someone whose space we inadvertently parked in, then having to park in public parking very far away. Don’t advertise parking if you can’t provide it.

Comfortable Stay Right Next to the Beach and a Short Walk to the Centre - Perfect!

The apartment was in a fantastic location - not in the busy city center but a short walk along the coast line. A beach just outside our door made for a perfect stay.

Nothing that our hosts can do about this, but the apt is on a somewhat busy street and there are a lot of folks walking to/from the city center so having the windows open to feel the sea breeze was kind of weird since people could just look right in the window. Still, that wouldn’t stop us from booking the place again. It was great.

Exceptional

The windows open to the most spectacular view, I can't imagine a better view in korcula, and steps to the most incredible clear water. Free on street parking, few Minute walk to supermarket, old town, coffee place. Our host was the most welcoming and friendly. As we arrived she brought a antipasti plate of meats and cheeses, chilled wine and orange juice. The following days gifted us Figs and fruit from her garden. An incredible place and perfect host

Given the location (ground floor). Very difficult to open the « volets » since directly on the street. Hearing the bells of the city @6h30am… but this is a detail. Some hanging stuff for towels would be useful.

gorgeous place with a gracious host and incredible swimming at your doorstep

location was beautiful! view from the room was spectacular, and we loved being able to swim just feet from our front door. it is located on a street that leads to the city, so it does have a lot of motor traffic on it, but we knew that from other reviews and it didn't bother us. The views and swimming and gracious wine upon arrival from our host more than made up for it!

our other places had clear directions on where to find the keys, this was a bit more unclear. "I'll be there when you get there" but we asked a few random local people before we found our host. it wasn't a huge deal but a but more of a struggle than anywhere else we stayed.

A lovely spot to explore Korcula.

Good location just enough away from the central part of Korcula right on the seafront. The room was clean and tidy and we were given a welcome glass of wine and homemade treat.

A perfect room tucked just outside the old town, away from the hustle and bustle.

An excellent room with a fantastic view and stroll into Korcula. The host is fantastic and went above and beyond to help and kindly provided a bottle of wine and baked treats on arrival. Swimming just outside the property is a great way to start the day. Having a kitchenette is a good addition to make your own meat and cheese boards to enjoy with a good view of the old town.

Precious gem in front of the sea

Beautiful small apartment located just straight in front of the water. You can literally swim in 2 minutes after leaving the room! Hostd were very friendly and provided some refreshments which we appreciated a lot. There is no designated parking spot but it is not difficult to find free parking nearby as it is a quiet area.

We loved everything. Just a small recommendation: considering it is a beach oriented location, it could have a bit more hangers in the toilet or the room entrance to allow hanging the wet clothes/towels.

Perfect location

Perfect location for a short (2 day) stay. Beautiful view of Korcula City from room window, small beach as you step out of the apartment- and three minute walk to city center. 30min stroll to La’Banya Beach. Host Jasmina was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to see and where to eat in Korcula.

Very nice room, air conditioning worked well, and you are steps from jumping right into the Adriatic and just up the road from the old town and ferry drop off. Our host was very nice, gave us a welcome drink and her homemade cake, also held our bars before and after!

Quelques jours à Korčula

L'appartement est situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Korčula en faisant une très belle balade. Devant l'appartement il y a un banc avec une vue incroyable et quelques marches plus bas, une petite plage! L'appartement est tout neuf, petit mais bien aménagé. Parfait pour quelques jours sur l'île. Jasmina et sa maman sont toujours là pour vous aider et donner des excellents conseils. On reviendra!

Je n'ai pas vraiment quelque chose à dire concernant l'appart. Juste pour ceux aux oreilles sensibles, prévoir des boules quies, parfois les voitures et motos qui passent devant peuvent être bruyantes.
