A nice budget stay not too far from KitzSki lifts

- Franz was a very kind host and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. He kindly agreed to hold 2 Amazon packages for us until our arrival, also shared some comments on KitzSki. - There is a shared refrigerator for guests to use, useful for keeping your beverages or food cold. Also you can use the breakfast room and its utensils to eat your own bought food - The ski room and heating rack was well maintained, boots were dry all mornings. - The maid cleans the room "by default" every day, though the cleaning consisted mostly of changing the towels and making up beds. We did find some dust accumulated on the floor.

- Usual breakfast times were 8:00-10:00. We were asked if we wanted earlier time, we said 7:00 at first, but that was too early for hosts, so we went with 7:30. Given that we were skiing, this was a little too late for us in general. - Breakfast seating was a little awkward, as during some mornings we had other guests seated at our table. - Breakfast was mostly the same all days. Served on the table: few slices of cold cuts and cheese, buns and bread, packaged soft cheese, honey, hazelnut cream, butter, hot drink, 1 boiled egg, berry/fruit jams. There was also a buffet of: water/juice, fruits, simple cake, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers), canned fruits, yoghurt with 3 types of cereal. You could eat your heart's fill but most of calories were from carbs, we would have preferred more protein. - On some evenings Wi-fi was either very slow or not working at all (likely too many people were connected) - There was a slight payment issue as the hosts didn't track well the amounts of advance payment so accidentally charged too much during the stay (they accept cash only). It was solved when I mentioned it the next morning. Just make sure to call this out and track it yourself.

The host is very kind. A quiet rural village good for rest. The view of the Alps from the terrace is amazing. The breakfast provided is perfect!

We booked just a few hours before arriving, and found a Nice and quite place with a friendly owner waiting for us. Very comfortable mattresses. Excellent breakfast.

- bed super comfortable! - good local breakfast - the owner is helpful and well disposed - ideal position to reach Zell am See, Kaprun, Mittersill and for hiking trips - many amenities a few steps away in Uttendorf (lake, hiking and biking paths)

- more attention needed to cleaning of the room and to the furnishings (old) - WiFi connection not always stable

Parking in front of the house, allowed to use the fridge, beverages to take and pay later, friendly host, sink in each room is comfortable, shower and Toilette separated, roomservice, cuddle cat included, best price for this area, host even gave us a discount in the end. We will come again.

Nagging at high level: shower Was not that big, when asking about vegan parts of the breakfast we didnt get a big answer (so we didnt take breakfast at all), coffee machine wasnt ready to use, host was a little bit stressed when we arrived, though very nice

Das Personal, im besonderen der Wirt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt Tipps, was in der Gegend aktuell grad los ist (Krampusumzug, Restaurantempfehlungen, etc...). Ich komme gerne wieder in diese Pension.

Naprostá spokojenost.

Skvělí majitelé. Denní úklid. Oddělené WC a koupelna jsou součástí pokoje + balkon. Dostatek úložných prostor. Běžné nádobí (sklenice, talířky atd. k dispozici). Společná lednička (asi by mohla být i větší). Pivo, nealko, aj. drobnosti formou samoobsluhy. Dostatek parkovacích míst. Velký obchod cca 300-400 m.

Společná lednička nám dostačovala, ale umím si představit, že při plném obsazení penzionu by mohl být boj o místo.
