Lovely site very convenient for Calais

The campsite is lovely, well kept, nice facilities for kids and the mobile home was clean and a very nice layout. Everything that you need is there. The pool is heated which is great. The site is cozy and comfortable.

Unfortunately we were pre informed (which was good) that the bar and restaurant were going to be closed on the night that we stayed which was inconvenient and I am not sure why as there was quite a lot of people staying on site. I fully appreciate that there are circumstances which mean that they cant open but it was too late to book somewhere new.

We really liked the position of number 27 as it had view of the play area and access to all the facilities easily. The cabin was of a good size and well equipped.

The mattresses were a little hard and I felt I needed to do my own clean before properly settling in but I was ok with that.

Awful stay. Never again

The area outside the campsite was beautiful and we made friends with a lovely family who had their own campervan

Tent was full of cobwebs and wasn't clean. The stove and the kettle did not work fully. The microwave was old and rusty and was not working properly, as was the fridge. The front decking on the tent had a large area of bird poo on the front. There were no comfortable outdoor chairs on the decking as displayed on their website. The swimming pool had 2 changing rooms. One day there was human poo on the floor. It absolutely stank. I made the problem aware and t took 40 minutes before anyone came. The tent was cold. The blankets were not enough. I submitted all photos to booking.com. campsite refused a refund. Nearly £600 to stay in a tent for a week. I wish I had brought my own tent with equipment! This won't let me put all the pictures up!

Overall OK, but too expensive for what it is and didn't meet expectations. Would not repeat.

Nice location and greenery. Good facilities for kids. Jumping castle was cool. Swimming pool looked nice, but we didn't try it. Didn't give me a feeling of being too clean.

Long list of complex rules in french. Restaurant was open only once during 4 day stay. Recenption was not always open during the day. We were charged 75EUR fine for leaving the bedsheets in the room and not returning them to the reception. We paid 35EUR extra to get them and they had a very unpleasant smell. Sofa in the room was covered with old raged blankets that didn't fit well. Pillows and blankets score 2/10. If you go there, bring everything you need from home.

It is a family campground with several lodgings available for rent. The cottage had everything I needed for a nights rest. Excellent service at reception and in the Brasserie. Lots of kids running around and playing - but was quiet after about 21:00

Slightly disappointing

The camping is in a nice area. Staff is friendly and relaxed. Very green area, nice apple trees. Parking for car can be at the place. The children liked the play ground. NIce little pub/brasserie

The booked bungalow appeared to be a caravan. It did not include the promised BBQ. It was equiped poorly (well 12 spoons and 5 huge salad bowls, but no good knife nor chopping board) . It was not very clean to start with. Spider webs from the cealing, left over cheese crusts in the pans. The couch has a bad fungus smell. The water heating device had not seen mainteance for along time and could not provide for a comfortable shower. Worst problem was: there was except one picnic table, no outside furniture and not much outside area anyway. Very cramped, so was not much room to stay. Pool is a nice feature. Semi-covered. However a bit small for the whole camping. It is on the small site though. One or two big families with adults playing ball, and your kids have no room to swim. Rules of the camping are basically ok. But sadly no one really cares about them. Fat adult men diving in the pool, late night party music. The pub is relaxed. The food served, pizza, fries with some meat, is maybe excpet for the specials not very fresh. Play ground next to waste dump side. At the same play site you can do something like grilling your meat. There is a decaying brick table where you can do your BBQ and then walk your cooked meat home (depending on your campsite 10-200 metres). Andother deception is that when we booked it said something about breakfast breakfast (i could swear I have read it was included.) When we looked later it would come with 9,50 euros extra (Still have the mail). When we arrived, there was only an option to do a reservation for some bread at the erception ( a small drive to the supermarket solved this problem however - bread is very nice and cheaper there anyway).

The staff were lovely but The property was filthy, dead bugs and dust and dirt everywhere, moth balls on blankets and spiders nests all over the property. Luckily we brought our own bedding but didn’t sleep well at all knowing how dirty it was.

Fijne gezinsvakantie

Rustige camping, met vooral leuke voorzieningen voor jongere kinderen. We verbleven in een stacaravan met alle gemakken voorzien, voldoende privé en ruimte om buiten te verblijven. Licques zelf is niet erg bijzonder maar leuke uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Uitgebreide supermarkt en bakkerij vlakbij.

Het binnenbad was erg lawaaierig door de overdekking. Onze dochter vond het gezellig, maar zelf ontspannen aan het bad is er niet echt bij.

L'accueil est digne d'un camping. Le nouveau et superbe bungalow de trois chambres, que nous avons loué pour 10 jours est idéalement installé près de la très belle piscine couverte et chauffée, qui pourrait être accessible avec des horaires un peu plus large, et du petit bar/resto. BRAVO pour La propreté et l'entretien des terrains alentours. BRAVO POUR VOTRE LITERIE. Bravo pour le calme. BREF BRAVO ET SURTOUT NE CHANGEZ RIEN. MERCI À BIENTÔT. Carine et Henri.
